Loved it. Not often you get a proper sequel to a season with the movie itself. Season 2 was trash point blank period. Glad they gave akane and kogami a great send off. Sounds lame but I wish they'd show those two happy ever after and having a few babies, the sexual tension between them is exhausting loooool. Anyway going to watch the rest of the other 5 things released and hope they are half as good as this movie and season 1. 8/10, lets just forget season 2 happened lol.

Action scenes, art & new characters -- not enough screen time // chara development -- are what's enjoyable about this movie.

my curiosity is what's keeping me engaged with this series...

Besides the plot hole of Kougami being captured, and the overall lacklustre plot, I really enjoyed the movie. Great character development, and a good lead-up for what’s to come. And of course the presentation is as fantastic as always.

The Ginoza/Kougami scene was especially great!

Ginoza is looking good with the ponytail! I love the fact that he let his hair grow even more.

Of course Mika still the same terrible person

Oh my gosh Kogami looks insanely good

Sem was such badass until the end

Ngl the English is so random.

Even while all beat up he still managed to get a punch

The gang is all here! What an entrance

Shut your mouth, Mika. I swear, she just keeps getting more annoying. I can’t forgive her for what she did and her crappy attitude.

Akane as always found a solution

Gino and Kogami fighting together was something else

Kogami was like “I’m out“

THE FIRST ENDING SONG!!

Which country did u think this anime take place?
The country somewhat looks like Vietnam N Thailand, but when they display the country army name with their true sosial credit score, it display Indonesian name lmao πŸ˜‚ but also ther gov name is Hongkong name whatTF..

Overall : the anime is good, epic as always with so much action combined with sci-fi tech..

N again, ur stupid gov is just a robot lol πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ no matter where u r

But, at the end scene I got the feeling that Ginoza has a feeling with Akane πŸ˜… N Ginoza knew Akane likes Kougami..

This movie presented a really scary escalation of Psycho Pass's dystopia. It was a fine movie, not amazing but pretty good.

Also: shut the fuck up Mika. Just....just shut the fuck up.

That the movie didn't look that different from the anime is a bit surprising. In a way that gives me respect for the anime production staff more than discredit to the movie staff.

I felt pretty underwhelmed by the story though. Franchising the Sybil System without any local input barely makes sense. The idea that literally the entire rest of the world is now a Third World hell while Japan is just totally normal is also a stretch that feels too far for me. The scale of it just makes the world feel like a Young Adult novel premise which...I guess Psycho-Pass basically is, but the first season felt grittier. As it expands and stretches the premise it feels sillier and sillier. It makes literal sense in terms of how the world explains it but the philosophy all feels increasingly empty as the answer is always just "Actually Sybil is bad and their society is totally rotten".

season 1 was the best up till now. the story somehow doesn't seem that coherent to me. how did Kogami manage to shoot the gun at his handcuffs while handcuffed? and what does Kogami want? Ginoza was right by saying he's just another scoundrel now. why is Akane so obsessed with him? I'd kinda like if Akane and Ginoza became a couple. Akane seems pretty hypocrite to me and she speaks some nonsense imo. this was from the first season, but she said 'the law doesn't protect people, people protect the law'. isn't that insanely stupid? I think Ginoza is my favorite character out of the whole story
