Why can't we just have more regular Jashin-chan? These glorified commercials are kind of an insult to what the show is meant to be imo. As a fan of s1 I would love more Jashin-chan, but this and s3 don't count. They're just ads using Jashin-chan to lure unsuspecting fans in.

Then whenever they accounted a crowdfunding campaign for new season, be sure to contribute. Last one they didn’t reach their intended goal and they got sponsored by a prefecture, that’s why they put some ads into the anime.

I'm thankful for whatever content we do get.  The reason they're pairing with the cities is for money.  For whatever reason the people working on Jashin want to get paid, you know to buy stuff like food, shelter and clothing.  I know, when Mom & Dad provide everything, this may not be apparent but for those who have left the basement, getting money becomes important.

Dunno how you get to the assumption I don't have a job.

This ova seems pretty interesting even though I wasn't the biggest fan of season three. If you remember the second ending theme of the series, this ova seems like it will turn that into a story
As Long as the Sun, the moon, and the Earth exist, everything will be alright.

I couldn't forget Love Satisfaction, one of the best parts of s2. Would be interesting if it is actually like that. I haven't really looked into it more, just saw that it was another location episode funded by a town so assumed it would be like s3. Could be that it will be better.

> These glorified commercials...

I mean.
Yeah.
But they were fun.
And more Jashin-chan.
And actually a not that rare thing for anime to make full-fledged shows that are basically a commercial for something.
And more people stomping on Pekora.
And Miku jokes.
And more Orochimaru-hunting.
And Chainsaws.

The question here would be; what do you actually want more from a skit-comedy show than a season full of funny skits?
Does the fact it's wrapped around some commercials for the Japanese local economy actually matter at all?

I don't care if this is another location episode, with that synopsis they have all my attention already.
