In my opinion, Gangsta. Is a series that does really bad in copying Black Lagoon. The series just sucks 😆

Black Lagoon's characters are kinda just annoying. Gansta's characters are just bad ass.

Kinda. Better not to watch this series, I regret watching this fr. Season ended at such a pathetic cliffhanger and manga is also in hiatus. And there will be no season 2 cause studio got bankrupt🤦🏻‍♂️

Not really, they're both good in their own way although I prefer Black Lagoon, but Black Lagoon has an end whereas Gangsta you should only watch if you don't might the fact that it literally just stops once it gets going.

Aside from the "We are gangstas in a shit downtown" , those series have nothing in common.

they just share some similarities. you know, both seinen, guns, gangs and all. i like them about the same amount but if i had to pick 1 to rewatch, it'd be gangsta.
black lagoons characters were indeed annoying.

I don’t think it’s ripoff or something, they are gangster anime but different in many things.
Both anime are good, yet I personally prefer Gangsta. which I enjoyed every single episode and character’s stories. I had a hard time to finish Black Lagoon.

I don’t see any resemblance except the city which is run by mafia families. Are all mafia shows Black lagoon rip offs? Don’t think so. I prefer Black lagoon, but I really enjoyed Gangsta too

cant rlly say I see many similarities

anime focused on the lives and complexities of mercenaries is a thing that has been done before and after black lagoon

gangsta has a nice little story, and its one of the very few anime that has usage of sign language with a deaf person being accurately portrayed. I think its great but also sad it didnt have more to the story before its end.
