This episode's perception art look similar to a lyric video, I want it to look more like music video.

First episode I was on the fence about, but the next episodes give me such joy. The discussions about role of artist / grader (which sounds like editor or manager) and how to fit into the roles comfortably really strikes a chord with me.

Like the argument about dead lines, I laughed (and cried inside), so familiar. And poor dude doing his boards and getting rejected, with such flimsy guidelines (arent they always!)

That was another good episode, I'm glad there was some more development on Kyo and Kazuya.
Although I'm suprised their piece of art was finished so quickly. And I want to know what happend in the accident! Does Kyo blame Kazuya for the deaths of the parents?

I still don't know what are graders for and what exactly is perception art, but I've loved the fact that they included a song in the art. It feels very unique.
Also, I hope the two brothers can get along better and better from now on!

Graders give the Artists the theme/concept for them to create.

Perception Art is basically if you can feel( senses) the artwork that Artist created.

So Graders are supposed to be producers that refine ideas, though Kyo just comes off like an art commissioner with very vague ideas. I don't understand how Kyo could have won the previous Staircase thingies if he gives directions like a toddler. And when we finally get to see what Graders do exactly, it's mostly off-screen. It really feels like they're struggling to establish why Graders are so important.

Personal preference: some of the main character's original ideas were way better than the product we got at the end. Kyo is a hack.

If I weren't dying to see all of their work, I'd drop it.  Guessing that's Kyo at the end in the hoodie. He probably goes to that long forgotten building to practice his art.

You couldn't do this without a grader?? Come on.
Anyways Iori's voice is saving the show, I could listen to him 24/7

How characters think is pretty stupid. I was right in my assumption a grader is just a producer. Yeah you couldnt without a producer in a market sense make something to sell but you could actually produce better art by yourself instead of relying on some other person to control what you do. Too much melodrama with bad conclusions. Clearly the graders are useless for anything other than economic crap.

3 episodes in and I'm still extremely confused. This anime is one of the worst in terms of worldbuilding...
