its gotta be either onimai of vinland, i would probably agree with onimai tho. i think bungo stray dogs, tomo chan and magirevo are good shouts as well but vinland and onimai were the clear top 2 to me

epic Oniimai W as usual, production value was high, wholesomeness abound, onimai, vinland saga, tomochan and buddy daddies had me stuffed with satisfaction

Vinland ended in position #50, Bungou just slightly better

Nothing else surpassed it. It was absolutely deserved. Onimai was definitely anime of the season and it's nice to see it thriving at least in where it isn't surrounded by a narrative of dishonesty and hatred. I'm glad the Japanese still have good taste and largely haven't been too affected by the Feelings Yakuza.

Deserved, maybe Vinland Saga S2 could've won too. But there's really no contest from powerpoint shows last season.
