| Damn, didn't expect a side character like Naruhaya to play a vital role here. I know they'll win and get Barou but how tf will Isagi counter a beast like him? That man is like Kunigami but with more diverse skills. I love how Nagi starts beefing with Barou as if he doesn't give a shit. That deadpan expression, the condescending tone, and Barou's annoyed face are just too funny lmao. I guess the score will be 3-2 now. Isagi needs a 1v1 weapon asap. |

| Isagi needs to realize that he can't keep relying on others. This is making him look bad. I didn't pay much attention to Naruhaya before and didn't think he was going to be an important character. I guess everyone else in the OG squad passed to the next level, that sucks. |

| Oh so that ED from the last ep was actually the new OP, I honestly prefer this new OP compared to the old one, better animation-wise and visually more vibrant. Also that last shot in the OP with Isagi grinning was cold asf Speaking of which, I detest the choice of color that the anime uses for Isagi's aura! It used to be blue at the beginning as was the countless depiction of his aura in the manga. But choosing green? What the hell, he doesn't even have a shade of green on him, terrible fucking aura color. Nagi's aura looked the coolest with that black smoke with a white glow. When we see Barou's full aura, his would be the coolest, that sinister black and red glow aura would be epic to see. The others' aura looks stale and bland as fuck, including Isagi's. I wish his aura would change to be the appropriate one of blueish/purplish aura. JUST LIKE IN THIS NEW OPENING. I went on a rant about aura color, change that with Isagi's lack of capability and that's that. It pains me to see our MC like this, he's night and day from the Isagi that I knew, but well this is afterall the earlier story event of Blue Lock. Wait until he solves some more puzzle. |

| Things are getting pretty rough, Isagi isn't that powerful when it comes to one on one situations, which are critical to passing these stages. He was able to thrive and evolve with the help of his teammates, but now he needs to evolve himself and his skills for one on one situations. Seishiro helps Isagi get a grip of himself and figure out how to win one on one. Barou still hitting it home with his crazy weapon of a long range goal. |
