Idk why I rated it a 6,

But who else thought that the song "One More Time" went really well with it..it's amazing.

I agree with "One More Time" working phenomenally, but a good chunk of the rest of the film/soundtrack bored me. If it was any longer, I would've easily knocked this movie down a few more points.

This must be fate or something-- I am listening to One More Time right now and just scanning the threads when I see this. Huh.

In any case, great musical.

I like the plot of the story really much and the song One More Time and Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger were my favorite songs throughout the whole thing. These were my favorite probably because of the auto tune with the singing. The other songs were okay but sometimes it bored me

The first part with One More Time made me feel so nostalgic, and the rest of the movie/music video made me listen to Discovery the whole day. Loved it!

This concept needs to be expanded on. So. Friggen. Much.

I think this is the very first "AAV" Anime Album Video.
The story itself was extremely well done.
I'm not all that big of a fan of Daft Punk and this kept me wanting to see and hear more.
The fact there were no vocals at all left so much up the imagination which was a very positive thing here.

Loved it. I thought Too Long was a bad note to end on. But overall it was really good.. I liked every song on that album. And there was much more story than I expected. Very well done. And I agree that there need to be more animes like this!

Had reservations going in, but this movie was just pure, uncut awesomeness. Although the film is essentially one long music video, I never found myself bored, and the story was surprisingly sweet and poignant as well. This must have been a difficult project to both conceive and get off the ground, but I say it passed with flying colors!

(As an aside, one thing that bothered me at the beginning was that they made the conglomerate music agent a villain, which I though a little snobbish and self-indulgent on Daft Punk's part ("Ohhh, look at us, we're the sincere, struggling artists, and all other professionals in the music industry are just greedy leeches!"), but luckily we get a sympathetic character with the music producer who sees through the villain's shenanigans, and helps the band return to their mother planet.)

The amount of awesomeness in this movie is on a divine level...
Art should be left alone by those unenlightened, raw and uncensored as it is, because enough refinement was already done by it's creator, in it's creation.
