Do you dislike the second season?

I like the first season but I felt that second season didn't give me anything new. I'm yet to consolidate how I feel about it and write a review

Second season was a huge downgrade.
Games they were playing were needlessly complex, thus confusing, which completely diminished that tension for which first season was known for.
Also, I was hoping that protagonist would become an actual character and somehow contribute to the story, but he remained as that soulless husk as interesting as Kirito.

I did not watched Twin, because Kakegurui without Yumeko is like pizza without cheese.

I tend not to take reviews of people with their rating average of 6 and below cause it just means you spend so much time watching what you don't enjoy and giving low ratings than watching what you enjoy

yeah first season was at least somewhat enjoyable however season 2 doesn't develop any of the characters and so the feel soulless characters with cool designs, all the females are psychotic and it just feels boring after seeing every female with the same troupe. And I personally just don't like rei batsubami

I feel your first point perfectly described my issues with season 2. The games just got increasingly bizarre to being like a game show to me and it just kinda wasn't nearly as engaging anymore. The portions of Kakegurui I enjoyed most are the simple gambles.

I didn't think Twin was great by any means, but I do think I enjoyed it more and felt it was more in line with the first season than the second season.

I disliked this show in general.Everybody looks like they had mommy issues in past.Context makes no sense and plot armour is what carries the show.

My only problem with the second season was the really abrupt ending, and plot points that didn’t seem to lead anywhere, like Mary and Ririka working together. These could easily be fixed with another season but who knows if we’ll get one.

I didn’t really get the point of the whole thing in general, it was fun to watch, Oh and it was definitely thrilling to see all the twists during the games being played. But I didn’t pay any attention to the story or the plot, I wasn’t that attacked to any of the characters and it made me think “is this actually a good anime?” It was good but I’m really thinking whether it is or not.

I actually prefer the second season over the first. I liked the complexity of the games and how they furthered the plot somewhat faster then the first.
