 The official website for the television anime adaptation of Yuu Muraoka's Mou Ippon! ("Ippon" again!) manga unveiled additional cast, staff, a second promo, and a key visual (pictured above) on Friday. The anime is scheduled to broadcast on TV Tokyo and others in January 2023. Double) Director of Photography: Youhei Konishi (xxxHOLiC) Editing: Masakazu Sakamoto Sound Director: Toshiki Kameyama (Tokyo Mew Mew New ♡) Animation Producer: Yutaka Oomatsu (Shinsekai yori) Takeru Ogiwara (Jouran: The Princess of Snow and Blood episode director) is directing the slice of life anime at Bakken Record. Aya Satsuki (Uchi no Shishou wa Shippo ga Nai script) is composing the series, and Airi Takegawa (Carole & Tuesday key animation) is designing the characters. Shun Narita (Soredemo Ayumu wa Yosetekuru) is handling the music. Muraoka began serializing the slice of life sports manga in Weekly Shounen Champion in October 2018. Akita Shoten published the first volume under their Shounen Champion Comics imprint in February 2019. The 20th volume shipped on October 6. | The animation looks pretty good, really like the way the trailer looks in general. With this and the movie thing both coming out next year, Bakken Record. seem to be aiming high. |

Yes. It has male characters, but at the point I got to in the manga, it was almost non-existent. But it has zero fanservice, in case you're wondering. Of course, only if you don't find the very existence of chubby girls extremely exciting. |
