| Forgot how good this show was at coming out of nowhere swinging with some punches to the gut. I love the shot of Rei, alone in a dark sea, holding onto nothing but a shogi board as it alone keeps him afloat. Rei's growth in season one allowed him to mostly get out of this dark space; and now, it is his turn to help others: Hina, in particular, who is definitely going through something right now. I personally don't care for the comedy in this show; it can be nice at times when a bit of light-heartedness is needed, but otherwise I find these portions too long-drawn-out and taking time away from what really matters. |

| Hina being bullied really creates a great premise for something deep and emotional to be made from this situation, overall beautiful episode, the sisters chemistry never dissapoints |
| I felt bad for Rei from the beginning considering all of the shit he’s had to go through, but seeing Hina suffer is just crossing the line damn… |
| that was one dark hole rei fell in to, but it seems like hina's experiencing the same kinda bullying he received when he was her age. |
