| Gundam Zoids? The duels are awesome and all but.... This installment cannot sustain itself as a 50 episode split cour anime with just MS duels and baseline conglomerate conflicts around it with such an OP protagonist as Suletta. It needs some actual lethal war like fast, something more akin to the corporate war in Armored Core. Guel is a complete jerk and I'm glad he got what came to him though. Suletta is so cute, although she's a bit too shy and nervous at times. |

| i know most people here over fetishize girl on girl relationships but... isnt it kinda insulting that the first female lead in a main gundam series gets this? this episode screamed pro-reddit through and through, the "toxic masculinity" was a bit too on the nose its only the first episode and the series is probably not gonna stay the same for long (if we take the prologue as an example of what can be happening behind the scenes) so im gonna give it more episodes for sure, but hopefully they veer off this and the school setting not too far into the season PS: that Yoasobi song is complete ass lmao |

| This vibe of episode 1 feels really different from the prologue episode (￣～￣；) The episode 0 felt more of the likes of main UC series' or IBO's first episode. Anyway, still looking forward to how the story unfolds.（๑✧∀✧๑） 2D mech battles are smoothly done. Gimme more!!!ᕙ(⇀‸↼‵‵)ᕗ Love the designs. Good job sunrise staffs! The Opening sang by Yoasobi, and with the sound of it, this show feels like a cute lighthearted show. Of course, its sus, Prologue episode is grim. I call it the Korra effect, when the first female MC in a male franchise is completely immersed in everything all-female, because the writers think that just making the MC female is not enough. Expect the main villain to also be a woman or a stereotypically sexist male, that's always the case. The last all-female game in the franchise already literally got it, except maybe yuri. I don't know if it will be yuri (I don't want it not so much because of yuri per se, but because the show is expected to be fetishized by shippers), but I already feel that Okouchi is stepping on his favorite mines in writing stories . Toxic fathers, superficial left messages, etc. |

| Oh no, a Gundam academy... (and very "memorable"/excentric children designs) I'm having bad cosmic flashbacks... Heroine dueling and winning a girl? Flashbacks too. The quite refined look doesn't go well with that and the school setting (wich doesn't go well with several absurdities in the episode). | So far the two main characters are a bit tropey, but there's enough different about them that I expect they'll gain more of a unique voice as time goes on. Still too early to tell in terms of the story. Everything else is pitch perfect though. Animation looks amazing, music is amazing, even the tomatoes are amazing. |

We will either get a second Code Geass or Princess Principal or a second Valvrave. But I can already predict in advance that there will be yuri bait, a fight against toxic fathers, superficial leftist criticism, a wannabi Hollywood plot and constant quoting from Western media. Ichiro is clichéd like a second Stephen King. |

| I guess that's a nice little start to this series by introduction of the protagonists. It was a complete tonal shift from the Prologue so it definitely was not something I was expecting. Gundam series with a female lead as the focus pilot? Cool. Let's just not use that as the main reason to sing the praises of this series. It's still Gundam so that means it has a legacy to live up to. Yuribaiting from the top eh? Welp...this is about to be a very interesting 12 weeks or so for this first cour. And by interesting I mean the forums. Anyway...let's see how this goes in a few episodes, I'm hoping that the tone established by the Prologue will return in future episodes. |

| So, I've been watching Gundam series ever since I was a kid. And I always loved how the Gundam line always revolve around human conflicts and how it doesn't only show battles but also how it affects normal people which adds to the realism. Tho this series is a bit different, I can still feel the same vibe from it's predecessors. This series probably will tackle transhumanism as seen from the prologue, which is also very interesting. I still can't say too much when it's only the 1st episode. About the yuri aspect of the show. Knowing it's the gundam series, I have expectations that this won't be like other shows who make it their whole plot or rub it straight on your face, rather, I expect it will contribute to the world building and won't be some shoehorning. |

| Does not seem that bad. A bit weird to have the medieval stuff (duels and arranged marriages) in a sci-fi setting though. Also that arrogant student that was the "holder". Hopefulyl he'll change. I like of people like him change - then later supporting the main. Would be most interesting if they turned it into the school fighting vs. the adults/parents and those companies - as a separate faction. Also I hope they can include stuff from the prologue - the history and reveals as to what the father of the other girl did. (Responsible for the death of Suletta's father.) |

| For some odd reason, my subs have a delay, for about 15 fucking seconds when I watched this,,,,, I like the animations and the colors And the girls are cute. But I didn't like the males!! They annoyed me and made me angry!!!ROAR!!ROAR!!! But even if my subs weren't working very well and were unsynced, Yuri is a language I do understand and IMO they are obviously gay for each other. And I hope the cute little mecha lesbians will kiss,,,,YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES The first episode was ok, but going to rewatch it later with better subs Lol  |

I don't know how far this will go with yuri and politics, but given the direction you mentioned and Ichiro's latest scenarios (one of his recent projects even contains a gay twist and a message about migrants), there's a big chance. | Just finished the prologue and this episode. I gotta say the prologue and first episode was no too bad. However it does remind me a little bit of Gundam Blood Orphans Mobile suit mechanisms which seems to use this concept but a little different. Unless it is the same. I do not know. Not too bad of a start. But I guess Mercury or Eri is now in some deep pockets or trouble now. But it may help her out on the planet Mercury. Hopefully I can see some nice characters and some development now and then. However, I should not get too attached many characters otherwise my heart and mind will break. I mean it is Gundam, and from what I am reminded due to the prolouge. Anyone can die. ANYONE! Even our Eri-chan and many more. Looking forward to the next episode! |

| I've only watched the trailers but don't where else to put this little hype sensation of mine... I CAN FEEL IT COMING!!!!!! I CAN FEEL THE BEHEMOTH REEMERGING!!!!!! This new series is a blessing that is needed at this moment for both older fans and to attract newcomers into this madness that is Gundam. What a fantastic way to close the year, with an on air fresh and vivid new Gundam. |
