| Its aggregate score of 6.28 is kind of deceiving and unfair for me. I saw worse ones that should be lower than this. This is should be 7 at the least. Multiple times I add and removed this on my watchlist due to the very low aggregate score of it but I proceeded to watch it due to some people's recommendation. I was honestly surprised it was not as bad as what I expected. Its calm and serious at its core. Like Tsukigerei & Just Because! (not saying this better than any of these) and is different than the usual ones that are often loud and chaotic- these kind of anime are refreshing tbh. |

Its rare to have romance anime that is calm and not loud nowadays. This is why Tsukigarei has that appeal to me. Pretty rare to find ones that arent constantly shouting and making loud noises into most of its scenes. |

| I can see why the score is bad. I am a romance anime aficionado and this is one of the worst non-ecchi/harem romance anime that I've ever seen in my goddamn life. It all went wrong as soon as someone decided that clueless bum and battle shouenen director, Hayato Date, should direct this anime. It has nothing to do with the fact that it's slow, because by romance standards in anime, this was actually fast,.and has everything to do with the execution of it. You can even tell how clueless he was with how to handle a simple romance anime from the opening, which is 100% sausage fest - all men, none of the main female characters. How do you put side characters in the opening but not the females? He ruined the anime. |
