The official website of the Ayakashi Triangle television anime revealed the lead staff and a teaser visual on Friday (pictured). The anime series adapting Kentarou Yabuki's ecchi comedy manga will air beginning January 2023.

Staff
Director: Noriaki Akitaya (Ore wo Suki nano wa Omae dake ka yo)
Assistant Director: Kei Umabiki (ClassicaLoid 2nd Season director)
Series Composition: Shougo Yasukawa (Shokugeki no Souma)
Character Design: Hideki Furukawa (Strike the Blood III)
Sound Director: Jin Aketagawa (Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road)
Music: Rei Ishizuka (Kakkou no Iinazuke)

Weekly Shounen Jump began serializing the manga in June 2020, approximately three years after ending To LOVE-Ru Darkness (To Love Ru: Darkness). Shueisha published the tenth volume on Friday.

VIZ Media simupublishes the manga in English on its Shounen Jump platform with the Japanese release. Shueisha's Manga Plus platform also began simulpublishing the manga in English in June 2020.

Lol Strike the Blood studio doing the animation.

Weird that they haven't announce the main casts yet considering the chance of the manga dub casts reprise their roles are quite high here.

Well, that Studio certainly doesn't strike me with confidence. Connect is really only known for Strike the Blood and that one definitely wasn't of the highest quality. Plastic nipples everywhere. Director also doesn't seem to have worked on any ecchi titles before, besides some minor parts in some titles 10+ years ago.

I wouldn't call it a spiritual successor to To Love Ru. Its a classic old school harem where you get new female characters endlessly while Ayakashi is just classic yuri bait Pantsu Fighting

I say spiritual successor solely because its done by the same mangaka but other than that, you are correct indeed

In the winter season there are already 3 animes about gender change, is it a new trend like the isekai?

This is an eternal trend. But in this case, more "weird" anime gets the green light due to audience hunger. Producers just take everything in the hope of giving people more anime.

Dude with all due respect, but you seem to suffer from psychosis, the gender bender has never been a trend or popular previously, you don't see this type of premieres in each season unlike the isekai and the romcom that always has a minimum of 2 premieres, for example in the previous season and in the current season there was none and I am sure that in the fall season there is not either
