And you should be able to infer from all the info the anime cut, that AC is not remotely “scientific”, there is nothing “scientific” about espers. Book of law passage should have explained what the esper powers really are.

The other heaven idea is raised by the final boss of this season, Fiamma, who essentially believe human are sinful creatures who are unable to govern themselves without a vengeful god smiting down all evildoers. So in order for human to live in eternal peace and prosperity, he plans on dragging heaven down to earth, provide infinite resources to man, become the second coming of Christ, bring forth the final judgement, enforce Christian values on all of mankind (ending all ideological war), and reign as a benevolent and vengeful god who monitors mankind and smite anyone who commits evil against mankind. Essentially creating an utopia as cisioned by a Christian.

Which is terrible if you don’t want to switch to Christian big brother scenario.
