----------------------------------------
Abel stormed off after hearing that Georgie is the daughter of an exile, and as always, Mrs. Buttman started to blame her for it, and for the fact that Abel became a sailor too, even though the girl doesn't even know what's going on. The worst is Arthur trying to cover up for his mother by saying that's she's just blaming Georgie as always. The same Abel went to the pub and drank until he passed out, disgusting. After he woke up, he embraced Jessica thinking that he should forget Georgie; his "love" was so shallow that her being the daughter of an exile was enough to kill it momentarily. And the worst is that in the next scene he's already in love with her again, leaving Jessica and lying that he has a lover, once again taking Georgie for granted. There's also Arthur pitying her for being the daughter of an exile, when he should feel sorry for all of the abuse she went through with Mrs. Buttman, and with all of the lies, and secrets they kept from her.

But well, Georgie couldn't sleep thinking about Lowell, and just like magic he appeared again, even though a storm was raging, to see her. They then went to the cave, that one in which Georgie made a little comfy space with the brothers, but unfortunately Mrs. Buttman saw them, and she got even angrier because her precious Abel was 'suffering' for Georgie, while she's with another man. Is she bipolar or something? Shouldn't she be happy with this instead of getting her pride hurt or something? Gosh...

Back in the cave Georgie opens up to Lowell, and vice versa. She talked a bit about the life she shared with her siblings. She also mentioned that this cave has been here for more than ten years, so I guess that a few years went by without the narrator telling us. And well, the reason Lowell jumped into the storm to see Georgie was to tell her that she was the angel he has been waiting for, just like the one he saw in that painting, pretty much a confession of his feelings, but it seemed a bit silly to her so she laughed innocently, which got him hurt over it, together with what she said to him, that he's self-centered, and didn't take her feelings into consideration. But he said he would change for her, and she comforted him by saying that she wasn't able to sleep because she was thinking about him, wanting to meet him, and then they kiss again.

After it, when he's going way, he tells her that he's going back to England the next day. To tell his mother about Georgie, and to ask for help to cancel the engagement. He also says that it will take six months, and asks Georgie if she will wait for him. She says that she will, and then he departs after presenting her with his music box. She was in the clouds, but she's about to know the truth of her origins in the worst possible way.

Georgie was confused by being told by Lowell that she was wearing the same bracelet as a woman that he saw in a picture, but other than that, they still love each other, and he gave her a music box, and vowed to return for her in six months.

Abel is heading home. Will Georgie say anything to him?

The Mother is so frustrating, she should be over the moon about Lowell. It solves so many problems but now she is annoyed Abel will be sad?! Honestly screw them both, the mother and Abel have been so selfish. Abel just seemingly assumes Georgie, his little sister who know's no different, will want to be with him. It's pretty gross on Abel's part given he knows that she is clueless and sees him as her blood related older brother. Just go and be with Jessica you dumbass, she's madly in love with you for seemingly no reason but still go get laid and grow up. At least Arthur is nice and if Georgie ends up with any of the three he'd probably be the best fit since he actually cares about her feelings.

@BlaizeV Lololol!!! Dude, I was thinking the same! I mean, I kinda get why most girls fall in love with Abel because he is physically attractive and "manly" (and aggressive and pushy...urkk) but yeah, he is really not in the right mind. It's a great thing Georgie is not truly their biological sister... That would mess things up further.

I find Jessica a good fit for him, but it's implied both in manga and anime that she is a s** worker... I don't have anything against, but there is the possibility that Abel may get certain diseases/illness.

Also, you should check who Georgie ends up in the original source material. I won't say anything further.
