When it comes to the possibility that another player exist in this world, Ainz can be very paranoid. So maybe that cloud his judgement. As for the dwarf, offer them alcohol and they should be happy XD |

| Ainz is such a high class negotiator, but looking at the situation the dwarves were in, they was no other way than accepting Ainz's help. The Death Knights caused such a slaughter afterwards. I find it kinda interesting that Ainz thinks someone of the Quagoa was able to defeat his Death Knights. Who wouldn't be leery about a random undead guy who offers you thinks that sound to good to be true, right? The opinion about Ainz's offer definitely shifted when he assured in even be able to get the royal capital back. Kind of funny to see the dwarves true reaction on Ainz's appearance lol. Hm, so that sword Ainz showed, has 20 runes carved on it and the highest number of runes the dwarves were able to create were 6? That's crazy. But with this sword Ainz sparked the enthusiasm of the runesmiths to maybe able to recreate something similar in the future. I'm already interested to see what secrets the runecrafting book in the royal treasury of the capital has in store, as well as if that frost dragon will pose any hindrance to Ainz. If I had to guess, I would say that dragon will end up as Ainz's mount. |

| Another great episode. I like how this episode was quite emotional. Tbh this has been one of the most moving episodes of Overlord and its just nice seeing Ainz be nice to people without the restraints of the more overbearing guardians. |

| It always peeved me that the Death Knights died in that part becuase their whole gimmick is that they can withstand a fatal blow with 1 hp remaining no matter what. That's kind of the main reason Ainz liked using them. Other than that a solid episode I just really hope they handle the Quagoa massacure fight well next episode. |

| The exposition was relatively light, no unnecessary new characters were introduced, and there was at least some emotion here and there. So for this anime it was exceptional. 5/10 |

| They had a deal, he will protect their country in return for the old technology, alo funny that he genuinely thought the death knight is directly killed by weapons but it's actually them falling off a bridge. |

| Lmao 2 death knights fell to its death and Ainz always defaulted to suspecting that an entity out there amongst the Quagoa is capable of defeating both of them at once. In the midst of a national emergency, it takes a logical mind like that Dwarf General to take the appropriate steps to secure the safety of their own Kingdom. Whilst the rest argues, he took the chance to steer them to accepting Ainz's offer, and to that, he has not only formed the first friendly alliance with the Sorceror Kingdom, but Ainz himself also benefited to someday advance the Dwarf's runesmithing technology. Ainz's presentation speech regarding the pursuit of ancient lost runesmithing technology was spending, the most magnificent and inspirational of speeches! The sword with 20 carved runes that Ainz has showcased to the Dwarves runesmiths is definitely from YGGDRASIL, but what is there to say that something like that cannot be achieved by the dwarves somehow, someway, someday? What better motivation is there for the runesmiths to focus on perfecting their craft? Man, the flashback to Season 1 Overlord when reflecting on the Frost Dragon was brief but it feels so depressing. Ainz and the rest of Nazarick has made massive leaps in progress after being transported to this world, not the same can be said to the adventurers he met along the way... |

| It was rather easy to convince the dwarves, but I guess if you're at the brink of extinction, you tend to be rather agreeable lol |
