He's doing a good job on Haku. Of course this is the next best thing they could do with that happened to Keiji-san.

It's alright. Considering that the one who voices Haku right now is the same person who voiced Oshtor.

Well, I mentioned this in the other thread but I thought since he was masquerading as Oshtor...Oshtor's VA voicing him is perfect.

There aren't too many scenes yet of him "not keeping up the act" so I can't tell if the VA is faithful enough to the original VA's "lazy Haku voice" or it's so off that It's very noticable.

tl;dr:: So far it seems fine/fits with the plot

I think it is pretty bad, when we hear the inner voice of Haku, or "lazy Haku voice" as commented previously.
It just makes it harder to enjoy these scenes for me. Not much can be done unfortunately, when Fujiwara Keiji is not alive any more, as his acting of Haku was not only perfect, but one of the best acting that I know.

Utawarerumono Zan 2 (game) came out after he already died, and they re-used his lines from the previous games, I think it was a good choice and pretty enjoyable that way. While Tone Kentarou only voice some new, additional lines for the character. Maybe the anime could have gone this way too, as most of the dialogue should be the same, as in the game.

All in all Tone Kentarou isn't doing a bad job, and he is portraying the "Oshtor voice" pretty nicely.
However, in the last episode (ep 7), when he speaked in Haku's voice and
it just didn't felt the same to me.
Maybe they could have tried to find an other seiyuu, that can act and sound in a similiar way to Fujiwara Keiji, but maybe that is impossible, right now I couldn't really say a good candidate myself.
