why would it need those tags when it doesn't fit any of those things? maybe ecchi at best but even then I've yet to see anything sexual in the series so far....

That's why I dropped watching it, I mean I finished season 1 (WHY THE FUCK, I don't know, I am an asshole I guess) but... I won't watch the next season and anything that comes after.

It's unrealistic and also stupid. The MC is ... uh... well, fuck him.

Since when do we talk about anime? I said one mc is better than the other, and now you're switching up to talking about anime genres. I don't give a single fuck how much you enjoy another generic fantasy isekai world, you do you, swords and mages for the 10000 time is surely interesting, but disagreeing with Kazuya being infinitely better than Rudeus is just pretending to be stupid. Whether he is a cuck or a simp, or both at the same time, he is STILL less of a degenerate than Rudeus

literally the whole anime community aggres with you ( including me ) we all know it's trash and that's why i am not watching the second season but idk why i am stuck in the manga even thou every time i read the new chapter it nearly kills me

Tbh i really wanted to quit watching this show from S1 but out of curiosity i continued but now it's getting even worse.
And he doesn't even care about ruka the one person who loves this dumb simp.
I just don't know how much this anime is based on the manga ,but i wanna say one thing to the animators "Have you by any chance ever heard of character development"??. and the answer to this is yes I believe, because they made him even more dumber than he already was.......

Tbh i don’t understand why everyone hates the show. I just think everyone hating an entire show because the MC isn’t alpha is just a lazy take and kinda childish imo. Even if that’s the case, all the other aspects of the show are solid so i really don’t understand the hate

This is easily one of the worst shows. Kazuya sucks of course but the rest of the cast isn’t better. And the MUSIC is ASS!

I’m not really getting what you’re saying. I’ve never seen so many pauses in a sentence and misplaced quotes. However, getting back on topic would like to ask what actions you’re referring to as “unjustified”

Unlike Kazuya, most romcom, hentai, and (in-general) anime MCs' brains are bigger than their penises. Kazuya lies, he stalks, and he is a hypocrite. Plus hearing from manga readers, he has never grown as a character. You don't have to be alpha giga chad for the show to be interesting, but how can non-incel viewers see Kazuya fap to, lie to, and gaslight the various male/female characters and be like "ok, make sense, that's just how a reasonable and responsible human being behave".

I would agree with you that besides the MC, the rest of the show is pretty decent, Kazuya's friends, the girls, the arts and animations...But if you put shit in a dish made with high-quality ingredients, prepared by a Michelin star chef, the dish will still taste like shit. And Miyajima, Reiji is no Michelin star chef

I don't really mean the OP's, they're fine. I mean the music they just play during the episodes. It is so grating. It's like they find the worst copyright-free music and just keep using the same tracks over and over and over again.

But that is exactly why people like this show. The Mc is so trash that you can kind of relate to his actions. He is a teenager who is in puperty and doesnt know his limits and tries to be cool in front of girls. And i think we all do so stupid things like him. He is a good trash character, its meant for him to be this trash.

But i do understand why you cant watch it, ever time i watched an episode i was like 10 meters away from my monitor and wanted to pause it so many times of how stupid he is ;D
