I started watching episode 1 but after 8 minute on screen the title "episode 12" appears. What does that mean? Are the episodes shuffled in this anime? If yes, what is the right order to watch this anime?

The anime is split cour. The first part is episode 1-11. Part 2 is episode 12-23.
