| With season 1 being very popular only a couple of episodes in do you think season 2 might be a thing? Of course you can't really tell since it's only 6 episodes in. But what do you think? |
| Ofcourse, by popularity komi got season 2 date in April while it was Airing season 1. Same goes for My dress up darling popularity, imma sure it has high chances. |

Episode 5 for example is finishing up volume 2. The series has eight volumes and is still releasing chapters. It seems like they could cover 4-5 volumes this season and by next year already have easily enough for another 12 episode series. |

Komi san actually more like Part 2 not seaason 2 there's no way any studio can make 12 episode in just 4 month Komi was basically 2-cour(23ep+) from the start. they claim it as season 2 because they never announce how many episode of the anime will have. |

| With the current pace it's going especially with the Neon cosplay only being revealed in the next episodes, it's highly likely that an S2 will be made. I doubt we'll even get the love hotel/succubus scene in this season unless they cut out parts, but that would definitely ruin the pacing. |

| Yes. I sure hope there is Season 2 at least. I just finished watching Season 1 a couple days ago and am still coping with sadness that it had to end. I probably should have waited until they announced Season 2. We should have Volume 10 of the manga in Japan later this year, maybe August or September. That should be enough story for a Season 2 since we've already seen the anime adapt the first 5 volumes. Hopefully around this time is when they announce that Season 2 is coming. The actual release date will depend on if the English version of the manga needs to be up to a certain point in the story. Volume 7 is due to drop in January 2023 which means Volume 10 may be later in 2024, unless they get released earlier than normal. My guess is Season 2 will air in Fall 2023 or Winter 2024. I hope it's sooner. This is all just a guess, I have zero knowledge of production schedules for anime and how they relate to manga creation and publishing. |
| I would be genuinely shocked if there was no season 2. Given the huge success it has been it would be foolish not to capitalize on it. Like if there were Vegas odds on the chances they would be very favorable. |
