Nice ,interesting idea but bad execution

Well nice idea but bad execution.For me this show have many potential ,the story is very interesting ,the world is exiciting but it none of it shown in the anime.For me this is a failed adaption of the sakugan novel. Watching this i thought the story ,the character, the world is very intriguing but the anime ruin it.Like example episode 11. Yes the runaway princess it a little bit cliche but it match the story very good. even though memenpu it very smart she it still a child(still vẻy innocent) and doesnt know how the world work.seeing Diva giving up her dream for something more geater good than herself ,bring hope for a whole colony.Memenpu just cant not accept that fact showing a very deep character development but the anime cant not deliver that even though it tries.
-One more example it memenpu and gagumber relationship. You can alway see there a invisible war between them.From the beginning even though gagumba it her father but i cant sense any fatherhood between the two .it alway have a invisible wall between them.now we know it beacause gagumber not her real father.Like it build up for that plot twist very good.but the anime failed that too.
That jusst 2 from many amzing idea the novel has to offer but the anime failed.in conclusion the novel have many good interesting story,character, world building ...etcbut it failed to adapt into the anime .Good idea but bad execution ruin it all.At least it still entertain to watch.
I definitely gonna read the novel in the future

I'm confused... You say the anime failed to be as good as the novel, but then you say you'll read it in the future. So, have you read it already or not? If you haven't, how do you know the novel is better?

If you did read it, I wouldn't mind spoilers about what happens to Memenpu and Gagumber.

my ponit is this series have many awsome idea.you know wwhen one of the hardest adaption is the light novel.Beacause you have almost nothing out off it beside the story,the prepective of each character.The success of adaption in my opinion it the direcror. He have to know how to tell the story in diffrent form.My point is : This series have so many good intriging idea but the director failed to express in the anime.

I think the point is pretty much clear: checking out the novel because of the execution that the anime took.

Good concept, execution not so much.

The anime was wildly uneven. If it wasn't for Memenpu and her dream I'd have dropped it.
I'm glad I didn't since it ended so well, the last 3 episodes saved it. Hope for S.02!
