Idk, i feel this Anime like Idoly pride coz The Best Idol die at the beginning. And have a same accident.
Maybe someone feels same like me?

it's very close to it outside of the ghost aspect , but after the 2nd episode it seems to be a reality show while still idols i think their all competing towards being the winner instead of a whole idol project but who knows

i hope there's a lot of drama lol

It has a similiar vibe in the first episode with familiar main girl's circumstances and most likely it will have some sort of rivalry with serious-looking dark haired girl, but after second episode it begins to differ. Visually in my opinion it looks better, side characters have more weight not being randomly selected to fhe project but going through qualification rounds and having their own unique circumstances. It is also supossed to have a reality show feel to it and supposedly not all girls will make it in the end of competition so it has some stakes but does not feel as heavy in drama department as Idoly Pride. I am hoping that music sequences will look better than in Idoly Pride and also that it will have enough time to flesh out a large cast.

Yep they're awfully similar, I'm just glad the songs are pretty great

Not to mention, the relationship drop today had less drama than IP, but it was a given as there was more tied to it there

Fr hahaha I was thinking after finishing chapter 3 "I'll go to mal and start a thread about this" but then somebody else did it lol. Yes, It's awfully similar, even the characters look alike, I mean, given the role they play. It differs in some aspects of course, like it being a reality show and there's no ghosts, but the very basis is almost the same
