Aren't you gonna talk about how young Mitsuki is to actually have her own love story? I mean, the fact that she's still 12 years old and already talks about love this, Eichi that is kinda uncomfortable. But I guess, it's not that noticeable since she's on her 16-year old version most of the time. So, even if she talks about love stuff, what we see is her 16-year old version.

There are different types of love. We all know romance for Mitsuki has never been sexual, especially her love for Eichi it was too pure. The only thing that could be considered as "weird" is probably how Eichi kisses her. Even tho he was a child too, that was kinda uncomfortable. Nothing further than that.

Go complain about something else. children have romantic feelings too. Just cause you want to get on a soap box doesn't mean children can't have crushes and fall in love. This is also a work of fiction for God's sake. If you don't have the common sense to realize this story isn't real or the emotional maturity to comprehend not all love is sexual you probably shouldn't be reading it to begin with

Why are you watching shoujo anime for anything other than illegal romance specifically.

I don't consider Mitsuki falling in love something to be concerned about. She is 12, and it's normal for a girl her age to love someone. However, i can totally understand people being weirded out by the fact that characters such as Takuto show interest in her, considering how Takuto is even older than Eichi and all that.
Still, the romance aspect is taken in the purest angle possible, similar to Fairy Tales or any Disney Princess movie, since it's only romantic love and nothing else.
