I know this is the OP for 86 s2, however, since when did MAL have anime ost's on their site? Also when you go into the category for 'music' it directs you to just the top-ranked anime.

MAL has entries for 'anime-style music videos' too. they're the anime's with 'Music' as Type.
Maybe only the more popular ones are listed though, idk.

Some OP/ED are made in anime format, so they meet DB requirements.
