I hate to ask... well not really... so no need for the but


Anyone have any predictions as to whether there will be a season 3? Usually, when an anime season ends with an episode named after the series (as Episode 12 did of Season 2), it is not a good sign. However, it seems as though there is plenty more to go (I do not read manga so not sure about source material).



Thoughts??

I am completely down for a sequel for this anime, season 1 was a bit iffy but season 2 was pretty good, I liked it a lot, Specially Yuuske’s character development was pretty good ngl, well I haven’t read the manga too but I actually hope that they animate this anime till the very end.

I could see a third season(or second “part” since the first two season were kinda split cours), but it really relies on two things

-appeal to Japanese audiences
-Sales of manga and anime

If both of those are fairly good, then it could happen.

Actually, For me it got season 2 that was shock but rating are low it's doesn't matter how much material is there for season 3 if the blu Ray and anime is not doing well it won't be getting season 3 and also studio is new industry so I doubt it but I not sure either , even classroom of the elite didn't got season 2, they were even streaming episode on YouTube I watched all episodes on YouTube actually

They butchered material a lot so it will be hard for them to connect their filler story with original. So maybe its better to left this title alone

Hmm... interesting about what everyone is saying. So, I suppose that most people think that there's not going to be a 3rd season ㅜㅜ？

Idk. I only really liked one character for the most part (Yuusuke) and the other main characters this season were annoying. Last season, at least Kahvel was good, but even she wasn’t here this time around

They deviated from the manga in the second arc, I don't think that'll happen.. Unless they pretend the second arc didn't exist.

Kind of a shame tho, the Rainbow Addiction arc in the manga is really good.

Having a season three may be difficult. The recent arc the anime went though was an anime only arc that seems to have entirely replaced a major arc from the manga and the arc that is after it has not been completed as of right now so if they did make a season three I can only see three options;

1. They ignore the filler arc and just do the arc from the manga it replaced. It is a long one and would likely take up an entire season. This is likely why they wen t with the filler arc in the first place.

2. They start off from were they left but continue with anime only filler.

3. They wait a while till the manga is far enough a head.

Season 2 was pretty awful so I'm not bothered about a season 2. Much better shows deserve a sequel more than this.

how so? Is it no more possible to salvage the plot of anime into manga continuity?

Either they pretend that the anime only/light novel arc didn't exist, they can.

Ngl, they really don't do the manga justice. why this studio decide to adapted this manga Idk. this manga really deserve better studio. well, since they already do 2 seasons of it, I hope they don't bailed out now and just continue the adaptation for another season.

As much as I wish the next arc was animated they botched up the sequence of events with the "ending" of this one so I don't have high hopes...
I also felt like the animation quality was pretty bad this season.... I don't recall season 1's being THIS bad?

(at least I don't remember cringing through season 1 but I cringed a lot when watching season 2...)
So....don't think there will be another season anytime soon....sadly....

the animation did not getting worse, I think it was still the same.. What's worse is the directing..
Good story without a good film director is a big waste...
It was so obvious that there are parts being skipped that looked cring worthy
Hmm I really hoped it was getting better studio for the 2nd cour.. It just didn't turn up to be what everyone expected
