Do we need to increase the % of females in the BBC?

it has come (come) to my knowledge that 90% of the BBC is composed of male members and the remaining 10% are female. I've had an idea of increasing the ratio of females to 31% and decreasing the ratio of males to 69%. Thoughts? Objections? Leave down below. also vote on the poll pls 🙏🙏🏿

Great idea! I think we should aim for 69.420% ratio of male membership if we want to be BBC for legit

but fe males are the rarest male type, even rarer then the sigma male. while I am all for having more fe males, the fact is that getting 10% fe males is a massive overrepresentation and we'd be hard pressed to find more.
