I understand you and 100% relate. I binged Made in Abyss S1 and the movie but I can't bring myself to watch S2. According to rumors, S3 is set to release on 2030 (if the author doesn't die). I can't finish peak yet.
I also might pick up K-On again. I'll use it as a relief show after watching shows TOO PEAK (edgerunners was so peak that i needed to watch spongebob after to clear my thoughts).
I have been doing normal things. Finishing my senior high years, specializing in computer science. When I stopped watching anime, I just transfered my binge sessions to movies/series and games. I've been playing a lot of story games now like Elden Ring, Detroit become human, Resident Evil, Silent Hill 2, etc. I became less edgy, I guess. But still edgy nonetheless.
