| I love how Bocchan tries to be all angsty and emo but then Alice flusters him by doing something to tease him - it's a perfect duo. She knows just how to make him forget his dark mood. Despite the light mood caused by the comedy of the two, there was also this running undertone of sadness at the fact that he can't touch anyone even when he really needed a hug after that asshole friend of his visited. I was quite worried about the CG animation but to be honest, it really wasn't that big of a deal when compared to other CG romcoms (such as High Score Girl). It was a little stiff but other than that, it didn't hinder the quality of the anime overall at all. Liked that the backgrounds were all made to look like painted canvases too - nice little touch there! |

| I'm not really feeling it with this show, if I have to be honest. Maybe because it's my first time watching a full CGI show, but I can't help but think every second "Wow. This animation looks lifeless as hell", it doesn't help that this feels like a reskinned Nagatoro, but with a gimmick. I may stick around for the 2nd and 3rd episodes, but I wouldn't be surprised if I just dropped it |
| Slow pace and 3DCG do not really mesh together. We just get more time to notice how simplistic models and movements are. Alice can be described as 'lifeless widow with huge wooden tits' rather then 'maid' or 'love interest'. |
| I thought I would hate the 3D CGI style but thankfully it wasn't too bad. Reminds me more of Dorohedoro than the newer Berserk adaptations. Also wasn't expecting it to be as perverted as it is but I will keep watching it through the season. |

| Not much to say besides the scene Alice took the wilt rose from Bocchan in the garden had me heart felt, makes up all the pointless teases at the beginning. Didn't expect it to be CG but it looks okay, only wish it could've been a few more framerates for smoother animation. |
| Quite an .. interesting first episode. I found weird that Alice was (quite literally) constantly playing with fire, to the point that for a while thought she might be immune to the Duke's curse. I doubt she is but is it really possible to live along with someone, have so many close interactions and never, ever touch them; not just their bare skin but via fabric as well? Since the curse goes through the gloves it must surely go through a suit as well. So why/how on Earth would Alice help him put on his suit? Is she supposed, beside her teasing personality, to have a higher "Todestrieb" (the Freudian term for "death drive" in German) than normal people? In other words, does she get turned on by constantly "dancing with death" (we literally see her dancing with him in the trailer...)? If that's the case and the Duke manages to break his curse she will lose interest in him, unless she likes the Duke personally as well. The use of CGI on all the characters was, I think, an unfortunate choice. The problem is not so much with the art of the CGI but with the movement of the characters, which is quite unnatural and awkward. It appears that the lead studio J.C.Staff did the background art and they outsourced all the CGI characters to SMDE (Shogakukan Music & Digital Entertainment). I have no idea if they are CGI illiterate or if it was due to low budget and/or tight deadlines, but it will be difficult to get used to such low grade CGI :/ Orange was apparently either busy or too expensive.. |

| Alice and Bocchan seem like a really interesting duo. Alice's teasing and Bocchan's innocence make the two so much better. Though I'm not fond of the CG, I'll continue this show. |

| I don't really like the character animation either, but I really liked High Score Girl and was able to look past the animation in it. I enjoyed the first episode, so I'm willing to give this series a shot. |

| Best fucking maid! One episode and I already love Alice, she's so gret... and hot. I really liked this first episode. The CGI probably would have been a problem if I hadn't seen HSG before but the studio did a good job there and it looks fine here too. |
| I'm glad I gave this series a try i really like the concept and i feel so bad for the MC. Alice and Bocchan are so cute with each other and imp glad that Alice sticks by with Bocchan even if hes depicted as a monster. The CGI is ok but it docent matter to me as long as i like the story. |

| I don’t have anything against CGI in general—I liked the most recent Ghost in the Shell series—but this just looks robotic and lifeless. Just look at Viola and Walter in that scene at the table, dear God. |

| It's not really my type of anime but I kinda wanted to give it a try for a change of pace thinking if I like the 1st episode then I'll continue. Why full CGI?? The moment it begun I was having second thoughts but somehow I endured the animation and continued. So, I like where it's going. I actually found the story quite interesting, it's a simple plot but with an interesting mystery. It made me curious about who that witch might be and why did she do it or did anyone hire her to do it. It's unfortunate that they decided to make it full CGI. This story doesn't deserve it. It would be a nice twist if Alice turns out to have any connection with the witch or if she's the witch herself. But the mother kinda seems suspicious, makes me wonder if she has anything to do with the curse... It's nice how Alice wants to stay by Bocchan's side despite the fact that he's cursed but her personality just ruins the impression...if only she didn't have that seduction personality. Anyway, I'll give it more episodes and see if it's worth continuing. That CGI is painful to watch but I hope I get used to it. |

| I was put off watching the show due to the character design, but after watching the first episode it's pretty good. I feel bad for the guy hopefully he breaks the curse and ends up with the girl. I don't mind the CGI tbh since the story diverts your attention away from it. Alice is a freak ๐ |

| Honestly, the less boring teasing skits this show features, the better. Story has so much emotional potential and I practically loved this episode's second half. As for Alice, her being Bocchan's emotional support is indeed sweet but damn does she has some weird "death wish" fetish. |
| Lots of wish fulfillment but it's sweet. This could be a interesting premise for a thriller drama but I'm ok with it being a light romcom |

| An interesting start. I didn't expect the maid to be flirty and assertive like that. A pleasant surprise. I like how CGI/3D models are getting better and better in anime. This and High Score Girl show that anime are getting really good at 3D based anime. I quite enjoyed Kumo Desu Ga's CGI too. But damn that maid is pretty af. Her eyes are so nice. |
