Why Netflix hate to create any minimal hype or audience attraction for its own series?

OKAY that it is only 4 episodes, but it is another anime for binge, without the appeal that every MAL user knows very well:

weekly episodes provides more attention, expectation, discussions and hype.

Result of Netflix thickhead: another nice obscure anime ONA.

This is mostly due to Netflix’s business model which is put up a lot of content so that people can binge different shows. Even one of the executives at Netflix (I’m not sure if it was the ceo or not) said that they would rather have someone binging shows on their platform all day rather than doing anything else.

This release model has proven effective for them over the years which is why they are still doing it.

The amount of binge watchers (yours truly included) on this website is a lot larger than you think.

Mod Edit: Removed baiting word.

Netflix don't release anime weekly because that's not what anyone wants. Everyone wants to watch something whenever they feel like it.

Netflix and chill doe

They know their anime suck and that no one sane would sit down again to catch another episode of their garbage

One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron

Because netflix public are spoiled with batch releases. Also according to google release on netflix generates bigger interest than weekly release on cr/funi.

What hype have to do with quality of the anime? People will move to a different show and they will forget it anyway after they finished watching it, because of their short gold fish attention span

Netflix is like a big department store. They have everything, they even have their own brand products, which maintain basic quality. But if one needs a genuine products then one should go to a specialized shop or butique.

Weekly episodes build a community around a series, mostly by forum discussions. These discussions also help understand the story or sometimes decisions related to the anime production.
Netflix does not care for community, it's not in their business model. It is a big international company, so I think that calling their products just Netflix cartoons would be more honest and would not raise unnecessary expectations.

I do partially agree that with bad series, there is a higher risk of audience dropping after 1st episode.

But overall it is a choice for mediocrity

None anime on Netflix or this model of streaming will ever be like AOT.

None series on this model, no matter how "La Casa de Papel" or "The Witcher" it is, will ever be like Game of Thrones.

Well, that's obvious. Netflix has a lot more users than CR and Funi combined.

What's also weird is I actually had to search for this series in the Netflix SmartTv app. Usually, when a new anime comes out, Netflix plasters it all over the screen with the preview/trailer that starts playing right when you open the app that it's impossible to miss it. They even did that with mini-series like Yasuke, Househusband, and the Rohan Kishibe spinoff. But for this - nothing.
