| Very typical 80s animation (space + ESPers + over-the-top moments). The space battles were stupidly good due to how exaggeratedly all-mighty ESPers are in this anime (seriously, they breath/talk in space void). Great 80s ending. Enjoyment: 4/5 Score: 5/10 @Ranxomare If you don't know it yet, check the film Chôjin Locke. ^^ And if it interests you, there is the original manga covering centuries of stories (and a few lesser OAVs) |

| The plot is entertaining although without developed, and you have the feeling that there are more, that you want more, expand this futuristic world and how this humans evolution to this psych powers!!! The Music was spectacular!!! spectacular to me because like this sounds remenber to the bars games machines and the one song was incredible, was a buddist song, impossible to listen in the action anime yet!!! I hope someday, someone japanese productor recover this animation for a series anime!!!! ;) xD |

| For a cop he sure killed a lot. I felt also Justy manipulated Astalia in believing he is her brother which gave her a false livelihood, I get her father was this bad Vega guy but she did love him needless to say. Justy isn't a hero or a true cop, he's just any other reality cop manipulative and kills, what happened to arresting people? My rating is just to boost this movie, 7/10. |

| Didn't really like this, the animation was good, the concept was decent but completely wasted. Everything felt super simplified, would have at least liked an explanation as to why the criminal espers were criminals, like what laws there were governing espers and stuff, not just "hey, they r bad guys". Also I found the whole thing with the seemingly mind wiped Astalia a bit disturbing. Otherwise this felt like all flash and no substance. Disappointed because at first I thought this was going to be something I would like. |

| Why did they feel the need to make Astaris bigger lmao, I'm speculating they use her as a love interest on the manga or something which is also pretty weird. Justy was pretty overpowered, if he's this strong when Astaris gets manipulated, how much more if she gets killed. Really makes you think |
| I like the psychedelic scene where criminal espers were messing with Astaris head. Also Justy is a cool badass character and his powers are dope. Overall I quite liked it. |
