| It seems to like Lily (or as the writers portray her) knows he's a guy, but now he's just Lily, and Lily is a female character throughout. Clever nod to the west in any case as I don't think cases like that are very common in JP. This will surely increase the show's popularity overseas. |

| Feel like this episode pretty ehhhh overall. The message at the end is great, Lily being unable to move past her adolescence now vs someone who wants to grow up and be a bigger star. But everything before the ending is pretty... well, lacking in impact. It just felt like an unnecessary episode since we already had a very well executed Lily episode from season one. |

| God damn every time I see rakugo in anime I wanna go watch genroku rakugo again. Show is so good. Anyway how the hell would a great rakugo performance not completely destroy a shitty juggling act. Screw the final found. Judges took the bait of Light pretending to drop the ball by mistake. |

He literally died because he noticed he was getting facial hair (and leg hair) and wouldn't stay girly cute forever. |
| Great episode! Light was pretty arrogant, but that does happen. Thankfully I think he was humbled by Lily. Lily's so adorable, her performance was awesome, both the Rakugo and her improvised Life arrangement. Lily being able to do that on the spot is amazing, she might not be the champion but, she's the peoples champion. Kotaro was fucking hilarious this episode lmao, from his role being stolen by Lily to flopping like a fish, this man is a legend himself. And speaking of legend, finally! We are finally going to get a Tae focused episode let's fucking go. I wonder if she'll eventually wake up though. Really looking forward to the next episode! |

| Lily’s spotlight episode this time around. It was pretty cliche, but still well done. While I didn’t love the performances, I can appreciate that they were animated very well and sound good. The manager was weak though. It seems like they don’t know what to do with him sometimes so they make him do some nonsense that misses the mark. |

I was thinking of Saki's episode too when watching that, but I loved how their conclusions ended up being different, Saki mourning her lost adulthood while Lily embraced her eternal childhood. And it does make sense, Saki's best friend has a kid her age now, her idols are old and washed up, the things she loved are gone and the times are just different enough that she's lost all of her old life. Lily on the other hand, is not on the cusp of adulthood like Saki and therefor less concerned with what her life mightve been as an adult, but also the industry she had lived in has barely changed, she'll be able to keep her best selling points forever and aside of her father there's very little tying her to her past. All that coupled with the appeal not going thru puberty would have for a trans girl and her upbeat personality, and it really just makes so much sense her to fully accept her fate and i just love that we're getting so many different views on the situation that they've found themselves in. Man, good job zombieland saga, this season is really hitting some nice emotional beats full force. |

| That was some second hand embarrassment I felt. Koutaro even lost all his left over brain cells he had after his axe got smashed 🤣 And the funny thing is I watched this right after watching the MV of the new song of Miyano Mamoru, I was like “Yes that's the same person....” XD I'm glad that Light didn't cheat or something and their song match was actually a coincidence. Lily did a good job by coming up with a remix version of the same song in such a short time, that was very commendable but the song was way too repetitive, too much “Shobidoobadoo” was really annoying but it's enjoyable for kids. Lily still being so positive even after losing was nice to see. Even though she couldn't win, the song receiving so much positive attention will be good for Franchouchou. Light's manager's way of talking was quite funny XD |
| What an oddly boring episode. I don't really understand the thought process here, Lily said that they should join this competition to give Franchouchou more national attention, but then does the competition by herself. Why? These got talent shows have groups perform all the time. It makes the plot of the whole episode feel forced. Why not do like a children's talent competition instead? How did Lily have enough time to write a song and do arts and crafts during a single song performance? I could understand if there were more competitors, but there weren't making this take me out of the viewing experience. Just not a fan of Lily or this episode. |
| Slightly cringy episode, but I usually cringe at child performers, so 10/10 for the realism. Coming from last week's performance, Lily's performance was kind of disappointing. I probably would have enjoyed it a lot more if she had sung more lyrics for the song she was doing a rendition of. I wish we could have spent a bit more of the episode on Lily's comedy performance. Light reminded me of Macaulay Culkin. Koutarou's impression was definitely the highlight of the episode. |

| Lily's so cute, ahhhh! I mean the idea was to kinda get Franchouchou out there more, so the plan worked. I guess she didn't have to win or anything so it all works out. Amazing way she just up and improvised that though. Good work. ;o;; First the worst, second the best. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| Is rakugo-chan word play on rakugo?.. Kotaro is very serious lately, it feels.. He still jokes around and does other stuff as well.. But he has much more brooding moments.. He has changed.. Things worked out through Mytube in the end.. ;P |
