| Are her parents dead, or? Sold, confident direction throughout. Felt like a standalone OVA or movie. Her world becoming literally more colorful when she got on the bike was a nice touch. Liked the first episode a lot. I'm curious to see if the show will retain its melancholy tone when she starts meeting others. I like the current atmosphere it has. And what's up with the lines below her eyes? |

| Damn girl, you've got a nice motorcycle there, ngl. It was surely bring back the memories of mine. I can't stop smiling when seeing her reaction, learning the basic of motorcycle trouble. Lucky its just running out of fuel. What about the else? Well, can't wait to see her reaction solving it. But for now, as a premiere, this is absolutely solid. A nice premise and simple start, straight to the mc issue. Girl with nothing, got the thing. Its the super cub. Lovely direction. Then, how far the legendary bike can carry her? Can't wait to see her little adventure with those antic, especially when knowing she get a new friend in the next episode. Lets go! |

| I just can't tolerate this use of CGI in which is one of the most important things in the anime (in my humble opinion): showing the girl using her motorcycle. There are a lot of interesting things in the anime, like how the anime seems to show and don't tell, combined with the background visual and the atmosphere, but compared to those things, the CGI looks like an offense. The CGI isn't on the same quality of the rest that the anime showed here. While I could ignore, I felt offended by how it was done in one of the most important moments in the anime, as I've already said it before. |
| so she got the thing for 10k yen. I heard 4k is an allowance for a week in Japan. So she got that thing for really cheap. comfortable ride to school, but she had problem with gas.. thankfully, she remembered what the old man put there. enjoyed this. Looking forward to next week. :) |

| The girl has pretty much nothing, until that moped came to her and brighten her life. It was fortunate she was able to buy a used one like the moped just waiting for a unfortunate girl like her be bought. And she doesn't seem to care about the accident history it has. Probably because she has nothing to lose because she has nothing. Got the same questions as many others on how she can afford a bike because of the government give financial support for students like her. How nice of that. Or probably she has a guardian. Either way. This is a nice anime to fill up the spot what Yuru Camp has left. Not the first 'cute girls do motorcycle riding' stuff as I've watched Bakuon and One Off. I was hoping One Off would get a tv series but it didn't. So Super Cub kinda replaces this for me. In this gloomy world. SoL like this is always needed. Looking forward to her journey. |

| Melancholic animes usually surprise me for being cautious in the direction of the show's staff. Super Cub is no different. With a very moving first episode, where the protagonist simply lives a simple life, Super Cub got a great debut. "What can an old motorcycle be useful for?" - You may be wondering. Sometimes work and tiring days overshadow all the pleasure of having a feeling of freedom. It is not about buying a motorcycle that Super Cub wants to show us, but about how to present the little things with value is just as important as the feeling of living for something. I loved the way they used the color transition during the episode, it introduced the character’s perspective very well, while we saw her routine intent. A great surprise!! |

| first episode. I really like it especially the used of Claire de lune, it's one of my favorite piece. It really shows the emotions of the main character; the loneliness. |

| It was satisfying to watch. Makes you wanna live a life like that too. But one thing that seemed strange is if she has no money no parents no job then how could she buy a freakin' motorcycle and then got herself a license too. I guess she has a relative who's bearing her expenses, I hope they explain that later in the the next episode. |

| I saw this as the polar opposite of Lucky Star at least in SOL terms It's Urban v Rural(Suburban) Light-hearted v Serious Upbeat v Downbeat Episodic v Single subject Super bright v Greyscale SD v Realistic One thing these have in common is that both are great |

| What a charming show. Loved the use of color and music. It starts with no music and the colors are very muted. But when she sits on her Cub for the first time, the world brightens and the music kicks in. It's as if she finally feels like she's living when she's on her scooter. Coulnd't help but laugh that she ran out of gas. This is doing a great job showing the things new riders have to learn. That old man was very generous, but my issue is, if she doesn't have parents, a job, or money, how is she paying for the bike? Perhaps we'll learn how soon, would be kind of disappointing if they brushed that under the rug. Other than that, I really liked what I saw. Koguma is a cutie, and I can't wait to see where her Cub takes her. |

| Beautiful art style. I love the use of classical music. This is one of those time of show that makes you feel like you are there in person where the story is taking place. |

| HOW BEAUTIFUL IT LOOKS The first chapter has been very relaxing and the views look really nice, this anime is going to be very enjoyable. The ending is very nice and koguma is very cute. |
