| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A not so good episode. Roddy and Barts are basically acting like captains while pretending they're not. Then to force Katue to be captain without asking how she felt about the whole thing and assuring her worries is just messed up. There needs to be more communication and active listening. Too much talking over each other. I get they're all stressing but if they want to survive they gotta do it. Scott redeemed himself a bit at the end. Though, poor Katue. She's unused to the job and it showed, but she tried. It does seem she had a mini-revelation. Roddy and Barts should apologize for forcing her into the role and causing stress because they didn't listen to her concerns. They won't because the way the ep ended. Shame, that could be a good character building and bonding moment. And Scott needs to teach someone to be acting leader so he can trade off, jeez. |
