 The official website for the television anime adaptation of Hiro Mashima's Edens Zero manga revealed three additional cast and the first key visual (pictured) on Friday. The anime will begin airing on April 11 on NTV at 12:55 a.m. and stream on Hulu at 1:35 a.m.Cast Weisz Steiner: Hiromichi Tezuka (Munou na Nana) E.M. Pino: Shiori Izawa (Made in Abyss) Homura Kougetsu: Shiki Aoki (3D Kanojo: Real Girl) The new cast members will be joining the previously announced lead cast, which consists of Takuma Terashima (Blood Lad) as Shiki Granbell, Mikako Komatsu (Hai to Gensou no Grimgar) as Rebecca Bluegarden, and Rie Kugimiya (ēlDLIVE) as Happy. Yuji Suzuki (Fairy Tail: Final Series episode director) is helming the series at J.C.Staff, with Shinji Ishihira (Fairy Tail, Log Horizon) serving as the chief director. Mitsuka Hirota (Nanbaka, Kanojo, Okarishimasu) is in charge of the series composition and script. Yurika Sako (Satsuriku no Tenshi animation director) is designing the characters. Mashima began serializing the adventure fantasy manga in Weekly Shounen Magazine in June 2018. The 13th compiled volume was released on January 15. Kodansha Comics has published the manga in English since November 2018, and released the tenth volume on February 2. The 11th volume is scheduled to go on sale on March 2. Source: Oricon News |

| hype this will be another guilty pleasure anime for me just like Fairy Tail but personally i think it has better story than Fairy Tail |
| I've been reading the manga, and while I can't say I absolutely LOVE it, maybe the show can make it better. |
