On thte other hand, it's so nice to see Rimuru again reunited with his friends and allies together. Its like a family reunion of the ages. |

| If this isn't a Matsuri, then what is it called. Does Myuran don't know what is onsen is, it seems like an onsen is something rare. Ma, After all, the monologue is identical to someone who is infiltrating, Each Kijin had extraordinary fighting strength and Rimuru was their master, Tempest is so scary. This is called battle, xD. Myuran is too oppressive for that soldier, at least keep your promise. Hakuro is not a grandpa, xD. But really nice plan Gobuta. But you must call Hakuro as a Master not a Grandpa, xD. Gobuta vs Hakuro seem interesting but Hakuro more fast. Another easy battle. Give me more Onsen girls time, Shuna more better than Myuran/Shion. Glad to see students reading some book is that romance manga? Idk but really like Alice x Kenya. Is it time for Falmus kingdom? Will Falmus' work bring any mysterious surprises? They're seem to be dissatisfied, but on the contrary, it's a chance. In the event of a war, there may be a chance to kill the one who controled them. Why did Milim have to appear at the last bad timing. |

| Ah and here we go, finally into volume 5 content. This is where Tensura really becomes peak fiction. Thought the pacing in this first ep was really good, some nice foreshadowing as well. Hype for next week. |

| Rimuru was such a troll at the beginning xD but now they can read Parasyte Seems like the situation is gonna be very tense for Tempest, they want to attack it. I can already predict there will be a lot of action/battles in the next episodes, I can't wait |

| Look like it's all the calm before the storm now. I was enjoying the little slice of life and comedy scenes. Myuran seems nice, I'm hoping she switches factions and join Tempest later. The bath scene was great. Falmuth certainly is scheming the worst of things, full scale war against Tempest, in fact they even want to instigate it. Interesting that Falmuth has some 'Otherworlders', I'm curious why they stay with Falmuth though. It's clear they hate being there as they conspire to kill the kind, they are clearly stronger than everyone there so why are they chained down in Falmuth? Sounds to me like they could leave if they want too. Anyway, this upcoming arc should be quite interesting with all these different factors colliding. Very interested in seeing how it'll all play out. |

| So comfy days are over once more, exited to see new battles. |
| [Trigger warning for those who are loving this] This show continues to feel increasingly boring thanks to the uninteresting side characters and vague politics discussed over wine and useless talks in baths. A part of this is because the character explosion in season 1 has failed to convince me to look forward to any character except that one demon lord and the otherworlders. Shion gets copious amounts of screentime, making me pray she dies early, and each young male character can't fail to make themselves look foolish... And there is the still the ultimate repulsive character, Milim to chew the scenery in the coming episodes. The only reasons to continue is the feeling that all hell is going to break loose soon, and the involvement of Carrion and Clayman. Also looking forward to black suit Rimuru. That's hot. [Safe portion] We see in this episode that evolved monsters have the brains of humans and the brawn of monsters, making them unfairly stronger. Or there might be another catch to this. Can humans evolve drastically? Tempest is now a blooming trade center, and with a slime as it's leader, it is attracting the envy of a greedy human nation, the curiosity of the ever spy-network patronizing Clayman and many others. The new otherworlders aren't necessarily interested to be enemies to Tempest, so that's something. I feel like the group of adventurers will have their mettle tested cruelly soon.The grey haired dork and the green haired majin might develop an interesting relationship. New heroes might appear and someone will probably betray Rimuru. Also as usual, CHURCH BAD. |

| Wow the one two punch from Rimuru regarding the final results for the kids sure was fun. looks like Myulan was sent as a spy after all. Still her analysis of Tempest was accurate. Both militarily and in terms of production capacity Tempest can be seen to be a threat to other nations if their leader wasn't Rimuru. Myulan's skill with magic is no joke. Given his experience it will be almost impossible to catch the famed Swordmaster off guard. Didn't take long for Falmuth to lay out their plans for conquering Tempest in coordination with the church though. If anything the two of them make perfect bedfellows. Still these other worlders look to be powerful foes that will keep Rimuru and his allies on their toes. Overall an interesting ep that did well to expand upon Myulan while also setting the scene for the first encounter between Rimuru and the other other worlders. Looks like we will get to see Millum again too. |

| The King of Falmuth plans on going to war with the nation of monsters, Tempest. Milim had a couple seconds on screen however no dialogue was given. Wonder where Milim will stand when she gets news of a war. Tempest is an advanced nation in military strength and technology. The other reincarnations may switched sides if they find Tempest more appealing than Falmuth. Mjurran going to fight on Tempest side I guess? Excited for next weeks episode! |

You sum up my feelings about this season very nicely. So many characters with speaking parts (what's the point of those kids for crying out loud), and of so little of consequence. I sometimes feel like 3/4 of this is just fluff and filler until characters that actually can move the needle show up. I have to remember not to buy into the hype, it's not getting any better. |

| Politics... Obviously if a country brings threat to your own country, then you'll want to stop that from happening. I don't think sending the isekai folk was a good idea lol. The girl will fall for Jura Tempest as soon as she sees the hot springs and booze. The smiley dude's already planning on betraying his bosses and will probably take any chance to do so. That leaves us with the edgy dude, he'll definitely be some sort of a problem. His spiky hair is proof of that. Milim and her butt made their appearance again. Someone give her a proper sized underwear and a pair of pants please. Youm being proud of the Tempest nation will never stop being wholesome. Idk why people think this season isn't as good as the first one. I actually like this one more than the 2nd cour of last season. Fight scenes and action are in every isekai anime, but this also has politics and wholesome in it and those are what makes this anime special. I do want to see Veldora tho. |

They seem to talk all high and mighty, thinking they are strong. I wonder how that'll be for them when they face Rimuru. Milim makes a return on screen, but something bothers me about that scene and I can't place what it is. |

| Hmm I wonder how to interpret that last scene with Milim. She could probably defend Tempest on her own against both army and isekaied guys. But seeing her there probably means it won't be that easy. On the other hand I'd wlecome a chance for Rimuru to show off - assuming he is strong enough for that. |

| Things are finally going to start picking-up next episode. This episode was all about tieing up Rimuru’s outside obligations and setting up the spy and invading nation. The real test of how good this anime is starts next week. |

Well, this was meant to happen last season but they had to cut it so it could've something to call climax, which wasn't that much of one but better than ending like this. Slime is all about this little things, is about the relation between those kingdoms and how Rimuru interacts with them, even if some characters are kinda irrelevant they are there to set the world itself, so you can see that there are a lot of different ppl/monsters/nations. They could cut that out, probably most of it, but then it would fall in the same category as the other LN adaptations where they lack worldbuilding because they usually cut this stuff (those who have ofc). First season had like 6 episodes like this but those were around Rimuru because he was setting things up. Slime has a lot of SoL with other characters, pretty much like Overlord, but it has also serious things around Rimuru, which will happen soon. Like I said, they could cut out all of this and sum it up in like 1 or 2 episodes but they decided to adapt all they left behind. |

| So the Kingdom of Falmuth is planing to wage war against Tempest nation by sending three outworlders and a group of armed soldiers to Tempest's borders. On the other hand they haven't figure out that a spy has already infiltrated Tempest nation. |

| Damn, Rimuru sure loves to play pranks on Tiss-sensei's students, and the reward of promise: a freaking Parasyte manga reference. The moment Myulan stepped into Tempest for the first time with Youm, it seemed willy-nilly that conflict would arise soon, but for now, enjoying the slice-of-life elements while we can. Training against Hakurou is just calling for death, but of course, he may be an old ogre, but he's definitely strong. Grucius got his hand bad though, and Gobuta sure aren't joking around by using Myulan, but it's even funnier trying to trick him and getting nefariously rekted after. You got your just desserts, men. Even with business booming, there'll be give-and-take circumstances, and the scheming Kingdom of Falmuth is the next in-line progression that'll harm Tempest first. And as always, the church is the one SOLE antagonist factor to set the rift up, and bringing Isekai people as an "invitation"? OOH. Get your own freedom soon, Otherworlders. With all convergent situations in a mix, Tempest will be an interesting strategic battleground. |

| A bit disappointed by this episode as I was anxiously waiting for it the whole week. I love the normal slice of life but not every damn episode. They should've cut Hakuro and hot bath parts. Here's to hope that the next one will totally focus on geopolitics and war preparations. |

| Myulan makes me feel some type of way. I haven't felt this instantaneously enamored with a character since Birth By Sleep originally released and I met Aqua for the first time. I'm gonna need a #MyulanProtectionSquad like, yesterday man. And between that, the plotting against Tempest, and introduction of new Otherworlders, this episode has made me feel way too many disparate emotions. I am not okay. |

I was hoping to see more details of the city and the way the show do it is actually quite well : the Federation is kind of too confident, too hopeful and his expansion is too quick and big, not enough measured. However, I don't think Farmus will be such a problem in term of power. But they sure will be a pain in the ass. |
| So Carrion sent Myulan to do what in Tempest? Intel and data-gatheirng? Insinuate chaos and confusion? The Kingdom of Falmuth seemed clearly up to those tasks already especially with those three new personalities. |
