both these shows are about a country sending soldiers to an island to wipe out the people there. The soldiers are children who are brainwashed into thinking the islanders are evil and dangerous just because they have powers. The islanders are ignorant of of the situation outside of the island so they don't know they are being betrayed.

If any of you guys are hating Nana, maybe don't. She's a victim just like Reiner and Bertholdt.

Hm that's what I thought too lmao.

More importantly though, the visuals weren't anything groundbreaking, I'd say they were decent at best, and Bridge is adapting the Shaman King reboot next year so I can only pray they have a big budget and it has good animation for an action shounen

That wasn’ta far off comparison to be fair.I would have said it’s more like Death Note but pple are hating on it cause all the other students are dumb.I personally really liked this show and I understand the characters are no where as smart as the death note cast but pple have to remember that they’re just kids.

And all of them grew up believing in this war with EoH, you are special because of your Talent propaganda set up by goverment over 100 years ago. And most of them came to the island wanting to enjoy their school life, while others had this vision of becoming heroes saving the humanity. I find understandable them being arrogant and overconfidant because of their Talent, plus most kids have this overly optimistic view on heavy stuff and simply they have no clue how to face these situations. That's why I do find their confused/scared behaivor kinda understandable. Not mentioning there is no solid evidance linking Nana to these killings or to doubt her stories, and explained her constant presence when EoH attacked via her mind reading ability, which she also proved multiple times.
About the comparision, I believe he means similarities with SnK in terms of plot development and plot similarities from Warrior's prespective which yea I do find similar as well. Yes this show shares many of DN elements, but Nana unlike DN isn't 100% cat'n'mouse game.
