| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Looks like the Buster Bros!!! and Fling Posse has both earned their Divisional wins. Nevertheless, the other groups aren't letting down, and this episode's focus on Matenrou is the norm and the same. BUT STILL, Doppo living the working life with those heavy panda eyes, as tired as he is, I'm genuinely worried for his future performances. His colleague who shares the same sentiments ends up being the classical stopgap villain, the formula just like the last episode all over again. Doppo's low-brow-led song lends their rivalry amicably. And with the first rounds done, it's time for Mad Trigger Crew to take next week's episode showtime with Jyuto. Fling Posse's version of the ED is SOOOO COOOL! |

| Matenrou episode again :^) really happy tho it seems they rly are pushing the Doppo agenda in Rhyme Anima haha, the last time he found a dead body in their apartment and now his colleague betrayed him,,, thinking he finally had a friend in his company but no ;; Turns out he was the villain all along. Anyways, I rly enjoyed it! Matenrou is such a good Division so I'm always thankful for more of them! I loved the rap intermission and I think it's great how much effort is put into them, they always make them look like music videos, especially in this episode. It was pleasing to watch. I wonder what will happen next, MTC focused episode or will they finally move onto the real stuff? I've been anticipating more source material-related stuff but they haven't really done it so far, only here and there, showing stuff from the TDD era etc. But omg pleaaaase let the Divisions fight each other I really wanna see it. BUt omg I didn't expect Buster Bros to perform IKEBUKURO WEST GATE PARK (which is an already existing song btw please check it out) and Matenrou performed Shinjuku Style, I'm so happyyyy. Now I wanna see Yokohama Walker and Shibuya Marble Texture as well ;;; |

| Nice to hear some familiar songs (Ikebukuro west game park and Shinjuku style) in this ep! Looking forward to Yokohama walker and Shibuya marble texture (if they'll ever appear). Also FP version of the ED. Damnn love it so much!! . P.S. If you've heard the Before 2nd D.R.B FP side drama CD, you know that Rex's words really stab where it hurts... :') |

| The DRB continues with Buster Bros. and Fling Posse advancing to the next round. However, someone has been committing robberies while Matenro was doing their rap battle. Turns out that the guy who was doing the crime was one of Doppo's co-workers who pretended to be his friend. This lead to a rap battle in which Matenro won easily. I like the fact that "Shinjuku Style" was featured in this episode because I think its one of Matenro's best songs. I also like that "Fallin'" song too. Next episode is going to feature Mad Trigger Crew with a little focus on Mr. Dirty Cop himself Jyuto Iruma(45 Rabbit). The Fling Posse version of the ED was Jammin'. I'll leave you guys with the IKEBUKURO WEST GAME PARK and Shinjuku Style tralier. |

| I too have been awaiting some back and forth battles so anxiously awaiting the final four. I am glad that overall they're not focusing too much on the performances and giving these characters some personalities and such. :) |
| Okay. These episode kinda confused me a bit because of their jumping style through four division pov by one episode only. So, its looks like they wanted to portrait how everyone, all of the rappers, activity through their own division battle qualification. Even the photographer teams needed to splits up to cover all of the four teams. Okay, its fine .... After the previous episode i got to learnt more about Buster Bros, and their difficult way through the battle division qualifiers. That looks like everything just went smooth through the final stages too. These time the main perspective went by to Matenrou division and the dillema surrounding their qualification rounds. Someone took a chance of their qualifiers time to committed a crime. Well, the narrative looks convoluted. But at the end, everything became easier, because the police already told the real deal. Doppo's office mate, as expect, was behind all of the crime happened when Matenrou had their qualification. The motive was simple, and kinda feel bad for him. Doppo be a nice guy too by helping those guy to realized his mistake. He went to the wrong path, as if Doppo clearly not and lucky to had a good mates in Matenrou. So, yeah its over. Doppo's office mate must be pay what he was doing, in a prison. The crime case closed, and those police officer kept his arrogancy to the top. Lol. By the end of the episode, every division had their own struggle too, taken by the whole different perspective. Its looks likes, MTC will deal with Jyuto and his police officer hater that may do some scheme. While Fling Posse always stick the perspective to Ramuda and his own agenda. Lets see the next episode to uncover the story of them! |

| Damn, I was worrying for Doppo because Kazuha was sus as fuck. And I was right to be worried, at least somewhere in those words are legitimate support for Doppo. As expected the 4 main teams are breezing through the preliminaries, judging by the pattern we'll probably see those 4 clash in the last 3 episodes so, I am looking forward to that. |

| The beginning of the episode was a bit rushed but I think I understand everything that was going on with all the groups. Rex is too innocent. He has no idea that Ramuda is trying to take advantage of him because he works with Tom. Although I liked the episode, It's a shame that they did another one about Doppo. I like Doppo, but Hifumi and Jakurai should get more development. The only thing I know about Hifumi is that he works as a host and he is afraid of women. And I'm curious to know what happened to Jakurai's assistant. |

| Just when I thought we would get 100% into the DRB competition... so, guess it will be this way until we reach the final stages with the only four groups that can actually rap, uh? Overall, it was another boring episode in terms of storytelling but that Matenrou's rap with Doppo leading at the end was pretty good, not gonna lie. |
Finally, a coworker is helping Doppo. Though he's just using Doppo and his team to commit burglaries. |
