With a director on board, it seems this show is ready to show off its potential.

Hopefully this Izumi girl can keep these guys together. Some of them may be feeling the pressure of the position they're in..

It was a good episode but the end was weird, I really wonder what's going on. I'm happy that he managed to finish his script under one week, I'm looking forward for their representation.

A little bit disappointed that they change the romantic relationship between Romio and Juliet into a friendship, I think it's the essence of this play, and with same-sex characters it'd be even more interesting!

They managed to get two more members citron and itaru. Both of them seem to be interesting especially itaru. Lmao the last scene.

Tsuzuru surely worked hard to complete the script. I wonder how the romeo julius 'friendship' story will turn out to be.

Japan is a conservative country. I doubt they show gay romances in theaters.

The end caught me off guard.

One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron

I almost screamed when Tsuzuru's family showed up in the beginning, but I absolutely lost it when I saw the summer troupe in the OP. I didn't think they would add them until episode seven. The Director's curry agenda has begun in the dorms, so RIP to the actors. Also, I had heard that Itaru's scene was dramatic and shocking, but I was not expecting that. He's still a whole mood though.

Hahahah I already knew Itaru was batshit nuts but it's still nice to watch it in animation form. Good episode!

Seeing Tsuzuru's little brothers was pretty much the highlight of the episode, I think. Other than that... I dunno. Not sure I'm feeling the anime just yet. The wonky weird faces don't help, for sure.

As a player here of A3!

I certainly love that extra detail added with the beginning, where they showed Tsuruzu and his siblings. The rest is somewhat I expected, although, I certainly love the portrayal of Izumi.

It's funny to see Masumi's portion being somewhat larger than the others. The introduction of other two characters is alright, Citron's was hilarious, Itaru is something just okay.

That end is funny, they actually made the scene look menacing.

Fellow player here~

So I'm really loving the direction of the anime, especially putting in some extras such as Tsuzuru's brothers scene. I also appreciate keeping MC's colorful personality than making her dull and passive like most anime tend to do when adaptation of an otome/ female targeted stuff.

Also that ending lmao. I don't think the game made that Itaru reveal scene that overly dramatic (lack of a better word), but yeesh even that spooked me, it was amusing.

Romeo and Julius, huh.

For the first time in awhile, the Mankai Company Theatre Troupe is filled with dream-fulfilling ikemen. And then, recruitment for more, with new additions Citron and Itaku, basically anyone new is a blessing in disguise.

But timing isn't on their side as the deadline draws closer, ever so slightly. As soon as one project is done, they move onto the next step: Spring Troupe's Romeo and Juliet.

The ending had me shocked, is that the real face of Itaru? If that is, it was shock factor.

As a longtime fan of the game, I'm so glad this is turning out better than I hoped TvT So far, it's really enjoyable! Obviously they can't squeeze everything from the game, but so far I think they're hitting the main points.

I'm really glad they're not cutting down on our girl Izumi and focusing on just the male cast. I love her and her curry addiction XD And gosh, I didn't imagine Itaru's kabedon scene like THAT LOL like out of a horror! Can't wait for next week!

I can't get enough foreigners speaking broken japanese! Also I was right about Itaru, he has that sadistic side. That was supposed to be intimidating but not with his hair done like this, haha.

Really liked this episode~!
I'm really satisfied with how they executed the itaru scene
It was scary in a good way lol

Honestly, from the previous episode, I thought the adaptation would turn out to be so-so but it's actually going pretty well.. for now

At first I was gonna say poor Itaru, for being a salaryman (who usually have long work hours) and having to do the troupe thing as well but damn that ending was something else lol

Another intrigueing characters already filled out the blank space of the role for their first performance. Obviously they owned with their interesting antics and more importantly, an interesting personality. Citron just caught my attention most of the time, on their first line of sentences. His broken langs just made me laugh several times, and his interaction with Sakuya just, nice!

A little background story added to the main casts, here they had a several amount of info about the script writer, a main cast for their first performance, and the second main cast for their first performance. The script write guy, Tsuzuru, just did everything he could to create his first masterpiece script fully ready at the deadline. I am really respecting every support he had, because he just being so genuine, there. However, the end scene kinda caught me on guard in my first impression. I just hope Itarou did not do something ridiculous. Lol.

While in their main progression, i am surely curious about their acting of their new brand scripts from the newbie writer. Let see how well his dedication helping the troupe, while the others built up their own acting, together with him too. I just hope its not turned out into another mess for them!

They didn’t need to make Juliet male ‘cause in Shakespeare’s time, all of the characters were played by men..also, that ending was unexpected, but I like Itaru more now hehehe I love how dramatic they made it lol

Me 1/3 of the way through the episode: If this was real life one of them would turn out to be a leech and an asshole.
Me near the end of the episode: Called it!
This show is quite good.

I thought it was good, but the ending felt a little out of place since there was no foreshadowing, and as he was the newest character introduced, he hadn't had his time to shine yet. Meaning since the ending is the strongest action we've seen from the character across episodes one and two, it paints him as a villain.

I completely agree! I would have loved to watch that, on the other hand, I think them running a show about friendship ties nicely into Tsuzuru and Sakuya's introduction from episode one.
