Komiya was the cutest and had the best personality and made the most sense for Izumi to be with

Mio starts out liking Haruto at first, which is a death sentence among the virgin hunters, which is not surprising why so many of them prefer the other girl. The virgin hunters gets anal when its not even clear at all that the girl likes another guy, but to actually clearly like another guy like this? That is absolute death. She's no longer pure, its NTR! Happens every time.

Komiya serves as the "Aww, poor guy, the girl you like don't return your feelings and she likes someone else? Well, I'll pop into your life and be there for you." The virgins hunters LOVE that. Again, happens every time. The way she pops into his life felt kinda forced though, but no biggie.

If Mio wasn't so prominently featured and her crush on Haruto were more emphasized, Komiya would had won cuz its quite common for the girl in her role to be the main heroine, cuz as I've said, the virgin hunting nerds LOVE that.

My favourite character is best girl, she's upbeat and energetic making her one of the only character who can bring out some sort of life out of the main guy, she has a cool hobby that she's passionate about and is open and proactive in both her hobby and her romance. Best girl isn't letting anyone bring her down which is deserving of respect and what makes her best girl. She also has a cool design and a vespa which is neat.
I can't remember her name for shit tho, I suck at names and I can't be assed to make an effort to remember the names of a miserable bunch from what seems to be "2017's weaker Tsuki ga Kirei".

Not surprised Komiya is the fan favorite. Her character was just so enjoyable to watch and was really a breathe of fresh air.

Most of the characters didn't stand out really to me as a favorite except for Komiya. Usually I am torn between two characters at least for this type of anime but not here. You couldn't help but root for her the entire time even though you knew she was likely gonna be rejected. She had more face to face interactions with Eita that were more entertaining and progressing than Natsume & Eita. Komiya felt like a breath of fresh air compared to the entire cast combined IMO!

Well, that's bullshit because the person who most acted like a Virgin Hunter was Izumi, with his ridiculous crush that he couldn't get over. He couldn't see a better option right in front of his face cos he had the sad virgin crush on someone who had ignored him for years.

You don't have to be a virgin hunter to see when someone is settling for 2nd best. When he returned to their town, she still didn't have any spark with him. She called him an irrelevance when he commented on her studying, when she was still pining for the other guy. She challenged Komiya when she wasn't still sure about how she felt about the other guy. She didn't contact him for a month after graduation. Virgin or not, that just sucks.
