Hmm, an episode about Cacao

Looks like the friends she made in this show still really enjoys her company. And plus, that drawing she made is pretty cute. Friends are so good to have in this show.

A day without Cacao seemed to have taken it's toll on the girls, still watching like that was funny.
It was also nice to see the events of Cacao in the box with the girls not knowing what to do.

Still Cacao staying at a friends has was a good thing to see, she is maturing nicely.

Cute episodes. Chocola and Vanilla couldn't go a day without Cacao.

Cacao's drawing was cute.

An incredibly adorable penultimate episode. Cacao joining the world of Nekopara in this tv anime has truly been a godsend. She's the cutest little bundle of neko, I really love what she's brings to the show. With her around it gives a nice cuteness dose to the group. Chocola and Vanilla having to take care of a little kitten is always sure for a laugh. Glad that this episode could sort of put a cap on her development being around out resident Nekos. Cacao first joined she was so shy and weary of everyone. But now she's been managing to have a sleepover and play with a dear friend. She might not speak a lot but we can tell how much Cacao enjoys her time with the Nekos. That letter being a great culmination of all they've done for her. Honestly teared up as they played back scenes from earlier episodes as she read her letter to them. Cacao finding a family in them especially Chocola and Vanilla. She loves them very much.

Chocola and Vanilla are the best cat parents anyone could ever ask for

Again, another really cute and heartwarming episode. Watching this show just really cheers me up no matter what’s going on. Sad that there’s only one episode to go :(

Definitely deserves higher than a 6.8 on MAL. Show lured people in with ecchi and kept people with wholesome content

Yeah, you just keep saying that. This episode was adorable truth be told, but the anime is mediocre so don't question the rating, specially when everyones sees how it has been decreasing lately. Show lured people in with the same substance the VN offered, but ended up keeping only those who don't know or care about the games. Hard luck.

A lovely episode ! Despite the short amount of time Cacao's been living with Chocola & Vanilla, she truly dug her place inside their hearts.

Series is almost done but I feel like I never saw any male customers even once. Pretty sure it'll be a hit maid cafe for both otaku and not of all genders with all those cute nekos.

Yeah, you keep being ignorant, mate. I took a break from the VNs but this show gave me more reasons to finish the rest of the Vols (after the, IMO, mediocre Vol. 1. Thank god Vol. 0 is better tho. I'm also hoping Vol. 2 will be at least better than Vol. 1) and has made me love Nekopara more than ever.

Ngl, Kashou is such a boring and unremarkable protag, he's probably the worse part of Nekopara for me.

You are a special case because you didn't really like the Visual Novel to begin with. Its just as we have already discussed, this anime could be fine to some people, but not to anyone who has been following the series from long before and that was hoping to see a reliable adaptation instead of this essenceless spin-off. Remember, in a sense we are all ignorants dude.

But I DO like the Visual Novel though. I'm just somewhat disappointed by VN Vol. 1, which fell into a rather generic "bad eroge game" plot (But I'll admit that the last chapter was very well-done; best part of the game).

On the other hand, I genuinely enjoyed Vol. 0 and am very confident that I will like Vol. 3 (I love Maple & Cinnamon's relationship).

What, so just because I haven't played every single freaking game in a 6 (soon to be 7) game series, my opinion isn't worth a damn?

You guys are a real fucking welcoming bunch, aren't you?

Now you are just resorting to repeating prior arguments and personal attack. After the discussion we had the other day, I thought you were better than this, @Kestisan.

Yeah, the same could be said for you comrade, I thought you would manage to understand me trough few words, sorry, I see you are still a sensible person. Your opinion about the anime is valid, but if you really want to compare it with the games you must be conscious of the whole panorama, not just part of it. Anyone who has been in a real debate knows how it is. The fact that you havent played every volume doesn't void your point of view... it might affect the impact of the message you try to convey. Come on, what is preventing you from playing the damn games? Its not like you need a special permit of something. Play them to the very end and that way there would be noboby who could shut your voice off.

When you do let me know and I promise I will answer anything you want to ask.

You do need a special permit, it's called "money & time".

Hmm...an episode about Cacao? It feels like been awhile since we've gotten some focus on her.

With her having a sleepover at Chiyo's place, Chocola and Vanilla sure have very different tastes when it comes to young kittens like Cacao going without supervision. Absolutely ROFLed at both trying to be parents to Cacao, even after she's just gone for the moment and faltering at trying to distract themselves from her missing presence. AND IT'S CLEAR that without Cacao, both nekos feel accustomed to her overtime and feels strange not having her around.

But when Cacao comes back...she enters her rebellious phase of growing up, so much so that it irks both Chocola and Vanilla. Even as Azuki warns them about this, they sure don't listen, do they? I'd suspect Kashou to know, but as usual he just understood their intentions.

The letter Cacao made for Chocola and Vanilla was a nice send-off (towards the end) knowing how much effort they've made to let her feel welcome, the same way as Chiyo does to her mom.

Pretty nice for a penultimate episode! The ED is nice for including all 3 nekos together.

If it is about the money you can always watch walthroughs on YouTube, since is a lineal Visual Novel with no real gameplay it would be like watching a long movie. Perfectly legal and with no real consequences, cool right? The hentai parts were removed though, so you would have to find them somewhere else if you know what I mean, in case you want to watch them of course, my ultrasensible friend.

i honestly love Cacao-chan so freaking much! she is the cutest thing! so emotionless and silent, but you can't help but think of her as this adorable lil kitty. i love how wen she saw that drawing Chiyo did for her mom on the wall, she wanted to do it too for Vanilla and Choco. that made me and my heart so damn happy. it was so funny at the end she "locked" herself in the box to do that lol

I wish there were more episodes focusing on Cacao's relationship with her new family"
Other than that, I think this was a fantastic episode and a statement that this show is more than fanservice. (Even though it has a lot of that)

This episode was very heartwarming and wholesome. With Cacao being the main focus again, I couldn't ask for more. =)

Chocola and Vanilla care for Cacao so much that not having her around for a day felt very strange and empty. Although both were happy to see Cacao again after her sleepover with her friend, the way Cacao reacted did make almost everyone think that Cacao was going through her rebellious phase.

After some amusing moments of trying to get Cacao out of the big cardboard box, Cacao came out on her own accord. The reason she stayed in the box for a while was so that she could make a thank you letter to Chocola and Vanilla. You just can't help but smile at that gesture.

So yeah, nice episode and the ED card this time was very cute, too. =3

Bath Time is Fun Time. ;D

Also, the Loli is still the best Onee-chan for Cacao. They're so cute.

HAHAHA Cinnamon... never stop being lewd.

On other note, I think Cacao despite being the youngest Neko here... is also the most mature Neko somehow...

That was a really moving letter she wrote, but I bet it'll be even more moving if all the other Nekos was there to hear it too. Also, nice drawing, feels like that's a RL drawing by one of the fans.

Chocola is so cute when she is worrying. This episode was so heart warming.
And... I wanted to listen to the opening so I went to YouTube and started to listen. I don't know why, but I read some comments and one was this: "Remember: this started as an EROGE". Fuck knew this was about a game but didn't know the genre... This just ruined the innocence of this anime...

The games aren't that different in tone(Shigure's vastly pronounced brother complex is probably the biggest tone shift). It's one of the most wholesome series on the market.

I knew Cacao wasn't going through a rebellious phase and that she was simply inspired by Chiyo to make something to thank Chocola and Vanilla for always taking care for her. The three of them are so freakin' adorable, especially together.
