Even though this anime has kind of low reviews (in the 6's when I picked it up), it seems like I will like it. I'm enjoying it so far massively. ^_^ |

| Got so bored with the new anime lately went back to the older ones. Nuku is strong but does she has to be brainless? |
| So the villain of this action-comedy is...a woman who's angry her husband took their child and ran away? That is far too sympathetic a motivation and leaves the story dysfunctional. I see hints her grandfather will turn out to be the real villain of the story so this antagonism may turn around but the complete lack of consideration the two male leads show for their wife and mother, respectively, just makes them look like assholes. It wouldn't have been hard to make her seem uncaring and simply motivated by pride or leave it ambiguous but it's made clear she really just most wants to see her son again. You really have to try to screw something like this up. |

| Pretty different from what I was expecting. But this first episode kept me entertained, and honestly I'll watch anything voiced by Allison Keith. |
