| even I got anxious about this ep ending, hakoneeee is right next dooor i cant believe it. We saw these boys getting over their struggles, flaws, mistrusts and confidences all put together and now they are aiming with full power(although preview already shows us more drama to come). I love this series! |
| I love this anime so much but ugghh it gives me anxiety lol as a former runner, that nervousness is kicking in haha but more so... just READY to see how they do. It does such a great job getting you invested. Now we wait :( I started this anime a few days ago so now the wait is killing me lol |

| It was a definetely nice episode ^^ I missed this anime after a long break i haven't watched:/ And i had goosebumps when they used the ost from Haikyuu :D Shiai Kashi!! Let's start this race :) |

Should've taken Musa's offer during his multiple attempts to help out, arrghhh Dx Dunno why they were surprised about Prince running first lol. I would've done that too if I were captain. You can make up for the rest of the race even with an okay or bad start :3 but Prince is gonna do gr8 |

| Fujioka is such a nice guy. Haiji is seriously such a babe. I love him. He has always been such a levelheaded guy. Yuki always knows the right things to say. It also always breaks my heart to see how misunderstood Kakeru always is. Just want to give him a hug!!! The sort of non-linear storyboarding & direction that the anime loves to do was so good once again. I love how they showed the scenes of them getting ready right before the race paralleling with Haiji telling them the sequence. I felt the hype watching Ōji prepare to start off. I really agree with the order Haiji decided as well. I don’t expect them to win, not even close. But you can just tell how much is at stake. They are doing the Hakone race for themselves. Nobody else, nothing else, but for themselves. Wonder if Shindo is going to make it. He looked awfully ill....... |

| Shindo sick, Haiji probably still has some issues with his leg. I wonder if Haiji put himself last with the intent to finish strong no matter what, even if he ends up destroying his leg for the sake of it. |

| as the show progresses it gets better there was so much drama at the beginning but now it's better because it's focused on running and what it means |
