I think, it was because of rarely outgoing chapters (impatience readers?) and also maybe from a some kind of habit, which Kizu follows drawing her multiple fanbooks (short stories, fast action development) |

| Akihiko wanted to become a man good enough for Haruki JUST LEAVE ME HERE TO DIE I'M SO HAPPY T_T This was so so so cute. I can't wait to see them being happy, as well as Mafuyu and Ritsuka. I feel like the story is kinda having too many time skips and all, so I hope now it chills a bit so we can see how the characters and the band develop <3 |

| Can I have a moment of an unpopular opinion here? I mean, I know it was heading in this direction, but I'm having troubles forgiving Akihiko for the emotional abuse. I mean, there was also that almost-rape scene, but what bothered me more is that he knew that Haruki had a thing for him, ignored that because it was convenient for him throughout the whole relationship - not making it clear at all that he's not interested, being flirty and stuff and the, after he knew he hurt him terribly he didn't even have the guts not to show his face around for a time being and give Haru some time to heal. I'd love to hear some arguments siding with Akihiko (Arguments that are not "But he had such a heartbreak!" because it's not a frickin' excuse to being a shitty person to people who care about you!) and that's mainly because I love the pairing, I loved Akihiko until that almost-rape chapter, and Haruki is obviously the best boy and he deserves the world. |

I totally agree with you. Akihiko was very selfish and toxic, hurting Haruki with double intentions throughout the history, taking advantage of his hospitality after he sexually abused him ???, and then when he fixes his issues he returns as if nothing to declare his love. Haruki shouldn't have given in to him so easily, he has only suffered throughout the plot. Honestly, he deserves better. agreed and agreed |

| I was sort of partial to the 2nd couple and all the drama surrounding them and this development just made me somehow dislike it even though it was already clear since the beginning they were gonna get together in the end. It was so obvious from the start that Akihiko kept leading Haruki on with his flirty behavior despite knowing how Haruki feels for him and just basically being straight up an asshole in general abusing his kindness. I would have somehow accepted this pairing more if there was more development leading up to that shitty confession but instead we got some shitty "I'll become a better man for you" bullshit and Haruki immediately accepting him. Next! Now we gotta wait for another year for a new volume to come out. The good thing is we probably won't see that much of Ugetsu again. I seriously don't like the guy. He was just there... and being an asshole all the time so it's not like I have any reason to feel pity for him. I hope we see more of Uenoyama and Mafuyu. I want them! |

No doubt Akihiko is an asshole. It was really obvious he knew about Haruki's feelings and he's known to be a very perceptive person as well. Whenever he wants something from Haruki, he'd always do it in a suggestive manner as if he knows Haruki would give in to his requests. But to give Akihiko some credit, at least you can see that there was a clear progression to his character since chapter 20. The mangaka really likes to do time skips so the development might seem to look a bit fast but living with Haruki was indeed a good influence on Akihiko. I didn't exactly like how Haruki was so accepting either despite declaring not to be strung around by him anymore and I also didn't like how he immediately accepted Akihiko's confession but what can you do really... it's just Haruki's personality to be so kind and forgiving. |

Well basically it's a short flashback of Akihiko after he broke up with Ugetsu and before he confessed to Haruki. Are we gonna wait another year for the next volume? I hope it has more Uenoyama and Mafuyu because all the drama between Ugetsu/Akihiko/Haruki seems to be resolved now and frankly speaking, I'm sick of it. |

He did wake up in Haruki's room and recalled that time he broke up with Ugetsu and cried because he wanted to apologize to Haruki. He's basically moving on from Uget"shit"su. |

| I feel sad for Ugetsu but even so, I genuinely feel happy for Akihito and Haruka. Some of you might shit on Ugetsu, but I guess I can and do understand his feelings. I've been through the almost same experience with Mafuyu and Ugetsu and I've done the same things like them as well, so I deeply and intensely relate to both of them. |

| i honestly still can't believe akihiko treated haruki like that, and especially after watching that scene animated, it actually made me cry. haruki is my favorite character he's literally an angel on earth i couldn't bear to see him being sexually assaulted like that. i know akihiko changed and he's trying really hard to be a worthy partner for haruki but it's hard to forgive what he did. i still like them as a couple however because they both seem genuinely happy together so i will let this one slide. you better treat yo man in the best way possible, akihiko! haruki deserves nothing but the best ٩(๑`^´๑)۶ |
