| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Tbh, I'm surprised almost no one trusts Takuya now. Feels kinda bad for him since he has to rely on others just to survive now. Otherwise, this episode important for him to understand more about their world. Plus, he's lucky to have a valuable ally like the resistance leader is very important. The nude scene called me offguard though |

| The resistance makes their move. We got to see Eriko-sensei in this world. Her real name is quite long. Yu-No at the end was the masked women. Three more episodes to go. |

| Eriko's name is... very difficult to read X( and it's hard to memorize it and eventually I will forget in future episodes (or never)... Takuya, you slighty fox XD he never changes! The Takuya we know will spice things up, if not, he would be unrecognizable and won't be himself. YU-NO... what did they do to you? :( Sounds like brainwash... |

| Well...they didn't show them eating Kunkun...and Takuya made a grave for her...so I guess they just leave it up to the audience to decide what they did....IMO, if they showed them eating her, that would be more screwed up than a certain someone marrying the girl he raised from childhood.... Well...now we can begin the speculation about Takuya being Kanna's father too. Although, after you saw her psychite stone break after hitting the ground, why the hell would you leave the one you worked so hard to get sitting on the edge of the bed to fall off> Then again, why are you walking around standing next to your own wanted posters with your face uncovered? Eriko's "well I can't tell you why" line is a bunch of BS too...she's already revealed herself and her mission to Takuya, so it seems kind of contrived that she can't tell him "The Truth about Dela Granto". Now we've seen blond masked woman is Yu-no, making me wonder who the blond girl is that they keep showing. Does this mean Yu-no is not the priestess? I can't imagine letting the priestess you worked so hard to get run around fighting rebels....unless you have multiple Yu-nos there. Of course we saw Yu-no react to the Kunkun bandana on Takuya's arm. |
| So they were able to carry the body to safety... because carrying dead weight is easier than someone alive and able to help you. It'd be nice if this show made at least the tiniest bit of effort to not be brain dead. |
| Aaaah Eriko's back ! That means there is a sci-fi fight coming around the corner. However Kunkun's really dead, no miracle happened (just another dead character, thhat makes quite a number now). I'm still convinced that many others will eventually find their fate (I raise a death flag on Amanda and Yuno). Anyway, we are getting really closer to learn the truth, next week's episode is probably the reveal one. At this stage, this show can surprise me anytime, honestly. |

| Another mostly anime-original episode... I mean, most of the things did kinda happen in the game but very differently (no temple scene with Amanda for example). I even kinda liked how he moved around the city and joined the Resistance. But how can they put so many additional plot conveniences (like how they teleported from the desert to the forest after the OP) and introduced so many needless tropes to the anime is beyond me. Well, at least they let him sleep with Amanda but the way they did that... it really lacked any passion or intensity, it felt more like a duty. And the same applies to the scene with Yu-No - they didn't even bother to develop her character before unmasking her identity (again, there were no masks in the game and this wasn't even meant to be the big secret). The same with Eriko (wonder if anyone actually understood what she was talking about), Ryouzouji and others... seems like the mystery tag is mostly gone and we are probably heading to anime-original ending with Kanna (juding by how he conveniently found the crystal). |

| Kunkun's dead, we can confirm it now. And looks like we're getting close to the mystery of the truth. And also, Yu-No is brainwashed, that's for damn sure. There's nothing to hide, ain't it? Having to see Eriko-sensei again is nice, however with Ryuzoji around, there's no room for error again, especially the fact that they're in Dela Granto. So basically her get-go is that she solved Takuya's dad's theory on repeating time, knowing full well that the recourse will prove fatal. So, the last jewel of the Reflector Device has been found. But, asking her to spend "their last night" felt inserted out of proportion. One step closer to the truth. |

| So, how did Kartz and Pony Tail get back so fast when they were left at the prison, but Takuya was carried most of the way to the capital by Kunkun? How did the soldiers dispatched by the emperor to investigate why the coffin was not at the capital yet lmake the round trip to report the prison riot so fast, when it apparently took Takuya and Amanda quite a while to get the the capital after already being carried most of the way by kunkun? |
| Kunkun species was called a Nogard right? So Takuya supposedly ate Kunkun(a Nogard) and the next day goes to the bar and asks for three Nogard's Tears(a drink of sorts). That's messed up. And yes there are so many plot conveniences it's not even surprising any more. Regardless I still want to know why everything is happening so I'm excited for the next episode. |

| Finally we are moving out from the prison thing. Good to see Eriko-sensei here, I missed her along with the other human characters. The thing about Amanda and Takuya, yeah that was an unexpected one. The thing about the masked woman is more unexpected, YU-NO looks older now and everyone calls her the masked woman. Thanks to Eriko that we got back to the time travel in a short period of time. |
