| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Another great episode, refreshing change of tone after the countless gloomy episodes. Maybe there's hope in the universe after all. And complete with a scene of Tetsuro farting too... I wonder if that was the first anime fart. |
| This episode was so bright and colorful compared to the series' usual deprenssing and hopeless atmosphere that it was almost too out of place. But that's why it was so refreshing. To be honest I was waiting for another tragic thing to happen and I was surprised that it stayed optimistic and hopeful till the end. We don't get to see endings like this too often in this series. Loved the scene when Tetsuro came back from taking a bath with such a shining body xD |

| Oh wow, it's becoming better by an episode. I hope they keep it up btw, no one mentioned it, but the way Maetel asked if Tetsuro would stay with her on this planet... It was almost like she hoped that the tickets will not be found, so that she had a pretext to not take Tetsuro wherever she has to take him. But Tetsuro is too stubborn |

| Such a nice episode, really enjoyed it. After so many depressing ones, this change of tone was quite good and refreshing, but Maetel's behavior just makes me wonder even more what's her secret and Tetsuro's place in her (probably someone else) schemes, considering that she didn't want to leave the planet. |
| Just like Tetsurou, I was suspicious of the people on this planet but we got a surprise wholesome episode. Just what was needed after how sad the previous one was. |
| When Tetsuro suspects the whole typhoon as a plot to steal the pass, I guess it was lampshading the "steal the pass" plots. I fell for it too, since when they wer eboarding up the windows and doors I was thinking, "what kinda Team Rocket scheme is this?" |
| There's nothing we cannot get others have he said, yet he seemed pretty thirsty for Maetel despite having a wife. Nobody is perfect I guess xD Admittedly predictable turn of events, albeit a nice change of pace after all the greedy dishonest opportunists Tetsuro and Maetel met so far. It would’ve been better for them to stay on Future, tho. In a what if world it would’ve been the ideal planet to live for Tetsuro and his mom. They could've worked for their dreams there. Now he's probably in for a rude awakening once he finds out that there's no planet with mecha bodies for free. |

| It was expected that Tetsurou would be suspicious of the people on this planet, after all, he has been through a lot of deception since forever. However, this place is different, honesty and humility prevail. It is like a dream, perhaps the most harmonious planet in the show. |
| That has to be one of the best planets they've landed on so far! I wouldn't mind living there myself. Maetel didn't really want to leave, and she would've been happy if Tetsurou would've agreed to stay there, but he still wants a mechanical body. What a shame. |

Future Planet is indeed a planet I would like to live in. Everyone is nice, and they are working hard to get there goals, without stealing etc. Hope this planet will stay like this. Also, when Maetel asked Tetsuro if he would liked to stay here and live with her... Dam you Tetsuro denying her request. It seems like Maetel for once, didn't want to search for their stuff and really wants to live here. |
