A second season would be hard.
They did all the stuff from the manga. :)
I prefer to wait a lot before having a second season !

If this is the case, I'm sad that season 2 looks bleak.

This anime is one of the gems this Winter 2017, I hope the author will continue this great work!

I was nothing until the moment I met you.

The source material is a monthly manga but with weekly manga sized chapters. Plus this season covered almost all chapters already out. So a second season, if it plans to follow the manga, would need about 3 years to have enough material to adapt.

There is no ignorance, there is knowledge.
There is no passion, there is serenity.
There is no chaos, there is harmony.
There is no death, there is the Force."

We're only at 2 new volumes since the anime came out. I'm thinking another two years or more to have enough chapters to cover a second season. Hopefully.

I think we will. Apparently the first season was very successful and popular as one of the best at its season when it came out.

Yeah! Lets be optimistic. But the mangaka sure takes his sweet time to create chapters XD

i just searched for it and I saw that season 2 just got confirmed just this February and Funimation has already licensed the second season but the studio is yet to make any official announcements over the renewal. From the website I read this "The Cinemaholic affirms that A-1 Pictures have confirmed the second installment. On the other hand, director of the anime, Ryō Andō, revealed that they’re getting ready for another round. Soon after the release of the debut series, he expressed that he had been receiving several requests from fans asking for a renewal."

anime news network released more info on the MANGA November of last year.

https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2021-11-22/interviews-with-monster-girls-manga-ends-with-11th-volume-in-fall-2022/.179820

a few folks i've read commentaries from on reddit stated that the first FIVE tankobon were the source material for the 13 episodes. with book 11 as the conclusion coming out this year... shrug... yet another season would be probable.
just an ol school otaku enjoyin the life. don't sass me kiddies, i've been otaku probably since before you were born. leave me in peace and i won't bother you either.
