Hmm, Hamazura hugging Mugino...ok then.

I couldn't take Sasha's scenes seriously at all this episode lol, she felt like a comic relief. Fiamma vs Touma one-on-one this time ad oh boy, this is a mismatch. Even with Imagine Breaker, the fight looked one sided.

More like a clash of ideals this episode.

LPSaD and IT had the impact of a wet fart.

And look at who showed up.

Birdway: do you have time to talk about the great Samuel Liddel Gregers Mathers? Let me tell you how great Golden Dawn is.

Ah birdway as much as I love seeing you, I pray to heaven that NT anime never get made. Plus they cut Stiyl SS anyway.

Absolutely not. Not even close. Read OT22 scene again the whole scene was totally wrong.
it was rushed it had no tension. Even worse, it seems they had a terrible misunderstanding about the IT and the "thing" that crushed it which Touma was able to communicate with it, instead they interpret it as IB which is wrong.

Honestly, it seems you have some fundamental misunderstanding here. Either way, the new information is irrelevant here in this episode and OT22. The context wasn't the same and that's the truth.
IT/and Dragon had different context throughout many volumes and Railgun manga. Since NT22 translation is not completed yet using OT22 as basis still stands out.

There's actually again, a reason for that and its a reason I can't tell you, the misunderstanding here is really you assuming you know what is or isn't IT when its been a mystery since then, and the dragons(which you SHOULDN'T mention appearing there in this forum) is apart of that has been debated since then, so anything you use really wouldn't answer anything here.

I DID not say or assume what is "IT" the narration implied that two different things that had appeared. Do not drag this and genuinely read the context in OT2, OT22, Railgun manga, NT4, NT15, NT18. You will see the different contexts that happened.

Again Tiau, stop with this stupid, “it’s spoiler stuff” the only people still talking in this forum are source readers anyway, just say the volume and part. Also I agree with Tom, it’s not IB that crushed IT.

So, they are going to introduce Birdway next episode but why there isn't even her name mentioned in the entire OT but they are still going for that so does that mean they are going for NT oh God please just don't let JC ruin NT because both DAL and Index has been a really huge disappointment so far and seems like they are gonna fuck the last episode of DAL I just don't know what to expect from them anymore.

Didn't think we'll see Birdway this season, surprised. Don't know if it's a good or a bad thing, but she is one of my favorite characters so i guess i'll take it.
Not the best way how it should be adapted, but at this point i was expecting worse so it was pretty decent, a bit anticlimatic with IT. Animation was pretty good this time.
I think Hamazura's scene for one time was decently done, not just random running everywhere ...
For some reason thought Mikoto had more action/time for this season, little bit this time and a bit more =/

I have no idea what happened that confirmed an NT adaptation but if that is the case, FUCK.OFF! I don't want any more torture, its hard not to watch something that you started from season 1 up to this point so staying out of it is a no go.

That invisible thing that Touma was talking too barely had any impact at all, no eerie vibe or anything, its like.. just put in there... the direction was so flat I couldn't feel anything this episode, they did Touma V Accel better and thats not saying much.

So she is the "famous" birdway, a name that sounds familiar to me because it's the one a user used to know, the one who insulted me every time I mentioned something bad about index, I wonder what happen to him? I suppose I would have enjoyed the anime like every good blind fan

Welp they butchered the Invisible Thing(IT).It was so majestic in the LN.It completely overpowered Fiamma until Touma forced it back in his arm.

At least Misaka was in this episode.

NT anime possibly confirmed, maybe if they change the director and start from fresh they can do well.

and another question i saw some light novel page where it shows there are dragons coming out of the cut-off right arm of Touma so did the anime did not show that or that scene will come out later?

Well, no the anime did this part right, that had happened in the second arc against the alchemist, if you’re thinking of something else that wasn’t in Index

But basically you’re supposed to be wondering what the heck is wrong with his arm

This is a piece from the LN after the invisible thing started to come out from his arm
"Kamijou Touma used his own power to crush that invisible something.
A different power appeared above that great power that had gathered around Kamijou’s
shoulder. That other power seemed to open up a large mouth and swallow up the first
power. As if this giant mouth was chewing, the air around the shoulder shook looked
like sugar water".
In the anime, they showed us IB crushing the IT which is wrong. So they fucked up here like they always do.

I was really, REALLY hoping that Hamazura would finish off Mugino for once and for all, but he just couldn't muster up the courage to follow through with it. Thankfully, for now at least, his words have finally gotten through to Mugino thick head and is now on his side. i just hope that they'll find Takitsubo soon... D=

The stand-off between Fiamma and Toma did feel intense and I certainly wasn't expecting Fiamma to cleaning chop Toma's right arm off completely, but his plan did backfire as Toma's arm went out of control before he got control over it again and had his arm grow back, imagine breaker still intact.

Sadly, Misaka and Misaka clone are still stuck with the end credits scene once again. On the plus side, they do have the means now to get to where Toma and Fiamma are fighting, so it'll be interesting to see if they do take part in the fight or not.

Sound direction wasn't good, but thankfully, the visuals and animation was much better than last week. I know this is asking a lot from the already inconsistent production team, but I just hope they keep this level of quality up for the last two episodes. Please...

The Invisible Thing's reveal was horrible, this is on par with Accel smacking Kakine with his wings or Knight Leader having digital zeroes fly out of him. In other words, a completely horrible misinterpretation. Pretty much DEEN F/SN tier adaptation at this point, except a bit worse even. It looked like a hand crushed a cheap blob of energy, but it was supposed to be something (see: implied dragon jaw like from Deep Blood) chewing on it until it retreated into the arm socket. Well, you had one job, JC Staff. NT was all but confirmed a year ago when they got seiyuus for Othinus and Birdway so I can only pray it's a whole new staff.

Mugino is back and instantly going berserk again, damn the destruction she leaves behind. Hamazura handled that situation well.

Touma's right arm shows more mysteries now, I am legit more interested in Touma's arm now than the general plot, as this season has totally butchered it. I probably can say I regret not reading any source material at this point.

it lacked intensity like the LN. In OT22 it felt that the IT definitely was something above LPSaD and can destroy the planet too. In addition, they fucked up big time when they didn't animate the thing that devoured it which has a Giant mouth and swallowed the IT.

More of the explanation from the anime from the light novel are making more questions than answers. Japan light novel readers are not pleased with this kind of adaptation so deal with it. I just think the director and the studio just cannot make this series even good as the light novels even are. Remember this is rushed and not even one studio are interested with a series that is a sequel to a light novel series. The series subpar to the light novels which just qualifies it trash to everybody's opinion. Expect it gone Tiau or watch a series you like watching but don't expect this season is great because most of it was cut out which felt awkward. Doesn't matter if at least you are enjoying it but this series is rushed and complex for anime watchers which will never make this series popular or even like by anybody to start.

it lacked intensity like the LN. In OT22 it felt that the IT definitely was something above LPSaD and can destroy the planet too. In addition, they fucked up big time when they didn't animate the thing that devoured it which has a Giant mouth and swallowed the IT.
Exactly tell Tiau that so that he can understand our language of light novel series for improvement.

There's some heavy irony that you're agreeing with someone that mentions having KL do literal turn to zero is bad but the anime not doing a literal jaw is bad.

I see but this season is rushed so I know everyone is bashing in on it but I think this season wasn't exciting at all.
