Make sure you have seen the movie before reading.

This movie is so Fking Disappointing!!
I waited all this time for this crappy movie? Ffs. When will Netflix understand that people are watching a movie, not an episode. Seriously, who is the director? He should be hanged till death not once but 3 times.

We saw that King Ghidorah — the archenemy of Godzilla himself fighting with him but he got killed so easily? What rubbish story. And in the end, Sasaki just died for no good reason meanwhile Godzilla was just standing there. Godzilla might survive until the end is that what you're trying to say us? Damn. Then what's the point of keeping man-kind alive anyway? They should just be killed.

They totally ruined the story by making Metphies an antagonist. He was totally doing his own part but couldn't even handle being a proper role. Next thing is that the captains of the ship got drunk or something? How could they possibly put everyone in danger just to execute 1 person? Removing him from the captain position was also a choice. Welp, rest in peace folks.

In the end, Sasaki fks up. Dude bangs up with one of the twins and when he realizes that the fight is not over, he takes up his girl and suicides by shouting bs? Wtf? What is he even trying to prove? Yare Yare Daze. You too rest in peace. *Amen*

Am totally giving this movie a 2/10 for its Horrible act. The previous 2 movies are certainly way too awesome. If they decide to make this movie once again with a good plot, then that'll be way better.

What are your thoughts on the movie? (You don't need to write an actual review, but saying a few points is okay)

This movie is garbage. I was checking every few minutes if it was not done yet. So boring. I'm happy Sasaki is dead so I can be sure if there is ever a 4th movie then I don't have to see this boring character again. Because of this movie I hate the 2 previous movies also.

Only movie 1 was decent. 2nd movie was worse than movie 1, and 3rd movie is the worst one

The movies are good for the message is trying to convey about the doom of the human race with the risk of the nuclear power, destroying everything to his base and the despair of Godzilla represents that.

I actually have a hard time believing how bad this movie is.

What a disgraceful snooze fest.

The first movie was ok, the second a little silly but this was a cop out.

I want to put a complaint in about how bad it is, is it Netflix fault?

I somehow disliked that the movie had less action (too much talking is boring when movies already tend to have a slower start until reaching a climax - compared to series because of their higher 'episode length" lol) and had these religious and science/magic stuff.

But on the other hand I still liked Metphies as chars. He was interesting and the relationshiop between him and Haruo as well.

I don't think Metphies was a bad guy. He just belived that stuff and thought it was the right thing. Didn't seem like Haruo hated him ad the end.

I honestly enjoyed 3rd part than all else. The ending if you didnt catch it or understand it is that with everything destroyed the survivors adopted the life style of the huota. Who didnt know what hating godzilla meant, even though he was in their life they lived in peace. With Haruo sacrificing himself and the “nano-girl” he eliminated, what i would say, the tools to continue the fight against godzilla. With him gone, what did the other survivors do? They didnt try to fight anymore they fully fledged their life's to start a family and to live in peace. Any anger towards godzilla was taken away by this act, hence why at the end during their sacrifice to the altar of the mecha there is no trace of hate or anything against godzilla

exactly, at the end before he left he asked the non preggo twin if she hates Godzilla and she says she doesn't know what hate is, and he says that if he stayed she would end up knowing.... then the after credits show how his sacrifice wasnt in vain (kinda sux they have to live all tribal, but beats the alternative)

Urobutcher failed to make enough monster action on this one, the first 2 movies is so boring because of that, ye i like the philosophical talks or dialogues but damn its just too much and i heard this last movie is no better, wtf is a Godzilla movie without monster fights, heck i remember expecting to see Mecha Godzilla in the second movie but damn all we get is some nanomachines (which a technology i really like btw) of some fighter jet planes

godzilla fandom and anime fandom are among the worst fandoms in existence, what unites them they don't recognize good works when they see them.

This trilogy is easily among the best godzilla movies, and among the best sci-fi anime for 20 years.

The third of this trilogy is a work of art.

typical toxic fan

Ridiculous that you blame Netflix when this is a Toho production, of Netflix there is only distribution.

@Raptor1986 Given that I made this comment 3 years ago, I would say a lot of time has indeed passed and has made me aware of what I had written.

Nevertheless, the trilogy is in no way a "work of art". It's written with no particular goal in mind, and at the very end, it just leaves the ending to the viewer's imagination. I still stand by my statement that only Part 1 and 2 were good. Part 3 is garbage.
