----------------------------------------
Georgie left a letter behind, and parted from Kevin's house early in the morning. She also went to the Buttman's house to get a few of her things, and to say goodbye from afar, to see one last time the people she loved, and the house where she grew up, reminiscing about the happy times she spent there. Since Abel left her without a choice, she decided to go to England, the country in which she was born, to try to find out her origins, and to go to Lowell's side. So just like during the boomerang contest, she dressed herself in Arthur's clothes, and became "Joe Buttman", the "third son" of the Buttmans.

In the port, trying to be scouted as a sailor, she ended up meeting a little, cheerful, and a bit over the top lady called Catherine, who really wanted a coat made of kangaroo's fur (poor animals!). Since she, and her father were from England, and they didn't have the time to search around for a shop with it, they asked Geor-, I mean, Joe for help. And she ended up helping them, not like she had much choice, and the girl even made a little drama saying that she would never leave him or something. I guess it was love at first sight, poor Georgie, it's not easy being popular. xD

Georgie also met Jessica, who wanted someone to talk about being left aside by Abel, and dragged poor Joe to the pub. There she recognized Georgie because of the bracelet, and decided to help her to board a ship to get rid of her, and increase her chances with Abel. I'm thankful, for a moment I thought that the two of them would be able to reach Georgie before the departure of her ship, and it would be awful. I do feel a bit bad for Arthur who was never able to tell her directly how he feels, but they already hurt her a lot, and now that she's trying to find her place in the world they have no right to stop her like Abel wanted.

Oh, and back at the Buttman's ranch, Mrs. Buttman is dying from a heart disease or something. On her head, it's a punishment from god for what she did to Georgie. Good, at least she knows that what she did deserves punishment, but now she's going to die without ever seeing Georgie again, or having the chance to say that she is sorry, and this is for the better. After all, it wasn't a small mistake or something that happened once or twice, she mistreated Georgie throughout the years. I just hope Georgie won't feel guilty or something silly like this once she hears about her death in the future.

Georgie really is leaving, and is her adoptive mother dying? How will Abel and Arthur live with this?
