 Craftar Studios has launched an official website and announced an original anime movie. Titled Ashita Sekai ga Owaru toshitemo (Even If the World Ends Tomorrow), it will premiere in Japanese theaters on January 25 of next year.Synopsis: Shin has shut his heart when his mother died when he was young. His childhood friend Kotori has been looking after him ever since. Now that they are in the third year of high school, and it seems like they can finally move forward. Suddenly, another Shin from an alternative Japan appears in front of them. | Sounds like a normal anime by the first paragraphs of the synopsis. But by the title and the last paragraph it sounds more like a battle of worlds, alternate world introduction, sci-fi-esque story and what not. Your reference in the spoiler practically even confirms this. I think I pass, this will most likely be a mishmash product of things which don't make any sense when combined. |
